We do note the community's post-Hurricane Ian rebuild status in our listing description so guests can prepare for potential maintenance across the complex. Additionally, while we provide an initial starter set of complimentary household items (such as paper products and soaps) to welcome you upon arrival, these are not intended to last the entire duration of longer stays, which we also disclose prior to arrival.
