The Space:
This residence is a one bedroom, two bathroom Bayside Villa featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a large lanai overlooking the marina, and sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and large vanity with granite countertops. The bedroom features ample closet space and a large flatscreen Smart TV. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and flatscreen smart TV. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway just off of the kitchen and features a walk-in shower and vanity with granite countertop and is designed to function as a bathroom for guests sleeping in the living room.
Guest Access:
Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, and a communal laundry room. The unit is located within a ten minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! Staying with us guarantees you a fantastic unit, access to pools and beaches just a few minutes from your room, first-class guest services, and far more economical pricing.

The Neighborhood:
The unit is located only a short walk from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the bayside or to wander any of the esteemed Captiva beaches surroundings.
Getting Around:
We recommend using golf carts and bikes to explore Captiva.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement. This is a non-smoking property on premises and balcony.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they need to enjoy their vacation in privacy
