Great family vacation!

Two big families came and shared the house. Great pool, kitchen, family room and awesome view of the river. Close to Cocoa Beach and easy drive to Orlando. We would definitely book again!

Family vacation to Merritt Island

Our extended family booked a weekend getaway here. We loved the space, it's a huge house with room for everyone to spread out. The yard and pool were great and the river view was exceptional. We had a big dinner outside with everyone and it was a lot of fun. It's a short drive to Cocoa Beach and easy to get to Orlando. We'd love to come back.

Was a nice little get away and a great dock. Got to watch a rocket launch from there and plenty of space for everyone to relax!

Great location

In town with several business partners to do some work at Patrick SFB, the location was perfect and the views helped too ! The house did everything we needed and provided a very convenient and comfortable stay for us all.

Nice place

We only stayed for one night but was very cozy and clean. I will definitely book this place again with more days to stay. Communication was super!

Hilda is a wonderful person. She left the place very neat and was very respectful of the home. Some in her party did cause a very late-night disturbance past quiet hours, resulting in a call from the neighbors. Other than that, a great guest.

This property was in the perfect location for our trip to play in a tournament at Space Coast Stadium in Viera. It had everything our large group needed, and the amenities made our stay comfortable and convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent — always quick and friendly. Great Vacation Home for a family

We had family with ages 4-77 and all had a great time. We especially enjoyed the outside pool and screened area. The fire ring perfect! There was plenty of room for all.

Great space for work meetings

This was a great space for a small team for a work meeting over a couple days. With many rooms in the home, and a lot of common space, we had plenty of common spaces to work, play, relax, and unwind. Great home to rent!
