Welcome to Orbit Oasis, a stunning 4,500 sq. ft. luxury vacation home in Cocoa Beach, Florida, perfect for large groups and special events. This spacious retreat features 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, with 6 en suite bedrooms for extra privacy.

Located just 100 feet from the beach, Orbit Oasis is a beach lover’s dream! Enjoy easy access to the shore, plus endless amenities at the house. With two heated pools and spas, you'll be able to relax in style year-round. There are two full-sized, fully equipped kitchens, making it easy to prepare meals for large gatherings, and the property offers two BBQ grills for fun outdoor dining.

The outdoor space is designed for enjoyment, with a large golf course, volleyball nets, and a cozy seating area under a pergola, ideal for unwinding with friends and family. Inside, every bedroom is outfitted with luxury beds for maximum comfort, and the entire house is equipped with Ethernet, so you can stay connected throughout your stay.

Located near Discovery Beach Resort, this home offers convenient access to Cocoa Beach’s best attractions. Beach supplies like towels, chairs, and games are provided, so you can fully enjoy the beautiful coastline.

Heated Pool and Spa Expectations:

1. Pool and Spa Temperatures-

Heated Pool: The pool is typically maintained at a comfortable temperature between 80°F and 85°F. Please note that the pool requires up to 6 hours to reach the set temperature once heating is activated.

Heated Spa: The spa (hot tub) is set to a therapeutic temperature, usually around 100°F to 102°F, and typically heats up within 1 hour of activation.

2. Heating Schedule and Operation

Pool Heating:
The pool heating schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The pool and spa do not heat simultaneously, so heating one will temporarily pause heating for the other.
If you would like to enable 24-hour heating for the duration of your stay, we can reset the heating schedule to accommodate this for an additional charge of $200. Please contact us via the platform to request this adjustment, and we will update the system accordingly.

3. Maintenance and Safety Notes

No Covers: For child safety purposes, the pool and spa do not have covers. Please note this may reduce heating efficiency.
Maintenance: Pool maintenance is typically performed on Mondays. During this time, heating may be temporarily interrupted.
If you notice any unusual fluctuations in temperature, please let us know so we can assist.

4. Heating Instructions and Access
Instructions: Detailed operating instructions for the pool and spa heating systems can be found in the kitchen drawer inside the provided binder.
Access Controls: The controls for heating are located
just outside the rear sliding doors mounted on the wall.

5. Safety Guidelines
Spa Usage: Limit spa usage to 15–20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating or dehydration.
Children: Children should always be supervised and avoid prolonged exposure to heated spa water.
Health Conditions: Individuals with certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure or pregnancy, should consult a doctor before using the spa.

6. Additional Notes
Seasonal Heating: During colder months, heating may take additional time to warm the water.
