Kingston Cove Community Pool: The community pool is only a 2 minute walk from the home.

Open seasonally from April through October with a spacious sundeck for relaxing poolside.

The beach is just a short bike ride or leisurely walk away along Shipyard’s shaded leisure trails.

Primary Suite: King-sized bed with an en suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort.

Guest Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with direct walkout access to the back patio area.

Twin Bedroom: Two twin beds perfect for kids or additional guests.

The queen and twin bedrooms share access to a hall bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower.

Additional Sleeping: Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room with linens and bedding stored in the bedroom closet.

All bedrooms feature flat-screen Smart TVs, cozy linens, and plenty of storage, ensuring comfort for up to 8 guests.

There is a pack and play for little ones stored in the bedroom closet.

For the safety and security of our property, there is one Ring security camera located outside overlooking the driveway and front entrance. It records video of guests arriving and departing. It does not monitor any indoor spaces or private outdoor areas.

Guest Access:

Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during you stay to gain entry to the gated community. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Shipyard.



The Neighborhood:

Kingston Cove is located within the gated community of Shipyard. Shipyard Private Beach Access has parking available for with a boardwalk, outdoor showers, and restrooms available. Kingston Cove has a community pool open seasonally April through October. There are shaded bike paths all throughout Shipyard that will lead you to the beach or the surrounds areas of the island.



Other Things to Note:

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
