The pool is the centerpiece of Coastal Cottage, and it belongs entirely to this unit. Tucked behind its own fence within tropical landscaping, the private pool offers complete privacy and outdoor shower. It's the kind of outdoor space that turns an ordinary afternoon into the best part of the trip: morning laps before the beach crowds arrive, lazy float time after lunch, and evenings where the water reflects the sunset while dinner's on the grill.

Three bedrooms give everyone their own space to settle in, each outfitted with comfortable beds dressed in new linens. The kitchen has been completely updated with stainless steel appliances and is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner, with all the cookware and essentials already on hand. Two full bathrooms keep mornings simple even with a full house.

The Gulf is two blocks away, and the location puts you close to local shops and restaurants without needing a car — a nearby trolley stop makes exploring the rest of the island easy too. Flat-screen TVs and high-speed WiFi are included throughout.

Maximum occupancy 6 guests. One-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

We had a wonderful stay and this beautiful spotless property. It was perfect for getting together with family. The house had everything we needed and what a treat walking out the sliding glass doors to the pool. We made many short walks to the beach and enjoyed sunsets from Manatee Beach.

The best getaway spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in AMI but it was made even better with our stay at the Coastal Cottage! It had plenty of space to spread out a bit, everything we needed to cook at home or simply relax, and the backyard was an awesome escape when we were done relaxing at the beach. The best part had to be the extremely convenient location of the home to the beach. We had small children with us as well as my elderly parents, and we were just a few minutes walk from the beach access entrance making it super easy and convenient to enjoy mornings, afternoons, or evenings at the ocean front! We were also very close by to the grocery stores, fun shopping and the marina which we utilized for 2 different excursions during our stay. The communication with the rental company was amazing and they made sure everything was just to our liking for our entire stay! We can't wait to get back to the Coastal Cottage for another fun stay!

Perfect Spot for our Family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coastal Cottage was the perfect home base for our beach vacation! The home was clean and comfortable. There were more kitchen starter supplies than I anticipated, particularly trash bags, dishwasher pods and dish soap. And even a decent amount of seasonings and coffee filters left behind-one less thing to buy! The backyard feels like a private oasis and the pool was cleaned twice during our stay. I like a firm mattress and will say the King and Queen mattresses are VERY firm. Our days started and ended with the beach, which was only a 3 minute walk. We rented bikes for our kids, which they loved. Highly recommend the Coastal Cottage!

The property was updated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There’s plenty of towels and beach towels. Easy walk to the beach but a bit of a hike to the restaurants and ice cream shop. The pool was perfect for adults and a hit with the children. It was a bit chilly on a few days so the heated pool was ideal. The beach wagon and chairs were an added plus. Highly recommend this home.

Amazing Anna Marie Island Getaway!

The property was beautiful, one block from the beach, heated pool, plenty of room to stretch, close to walkable restaurants, very quiet and amazing weather. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property only a block and a half from the beach. It had everything my family needed and the pool was nice to enjoy in the evening when we were done with the beach for the day. We would be happy to stay here again!

Perfect beach stay!

We had a blast at the Coastal Cottage! Our kids absolutely loved the pool, the house was in perfect shape and so clean, and Ken and Susie were excellent hosts. The location was great - quiet and close to the beach as well as a short trip to restaurants and shops. It was our first trip to AMI and I can’t wait to come back.

Great location and very private!

We loved the short walk to the beach, the nice pool, and lovely well stocked home. The indoor living room space could use more comfortable seating, but all in all, we would rent again.

Great location, great layout and well-equipped

We really enjoyed our stay! Was a very short and easy walk to the beach so we could catch sunset every night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook when we weren’t enjoying the island’s great restaurants.
