This condo is just about 2 minutes away from Disney World in Orlando, FL, and close to all theme parks, such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Island of Adventures, up-scale restaurants, market places and etc. Enjoy our beautiful view from our 4th floor screened balcony. Fully equipped 2 br. 2 bath private condo with all necessary appliances, including full kitchen, washer, dryer. Free parking, Wi-Fi and Cable TV in all rooms! Great rates!

Location can't get any better! 1,200 sq.ft. privately owned condo just about 2 minutes away from Disney World in Orlando, FL, and just a few miles from all other theme parks in Central Florida, such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Island of Adventures, Volcano Bay, up-scale restaurants close by, 10 minutes from a local Walmart, and etc. Enjoy our beautiful POND/POOL VIEW from our screened balcony on the 4th floor. Check in and out was easy. Nice place, host was easy to contact. Only complaint was the washer and dryer smelled like urine, really bad. Otherwise it was as advertised and in a great location.

I was in town for a conference and it was conveniently located to the conference center. The unit was clean and and I would stay there again. The only negative for me was that the kitchen is not stocked with any of the staples like salt, pepper, etc. As long as you are aware, especially if you planning to cook, just bring everything with you. I will be prepared next time.

Perfect location for a getaway

My family and I traveled to Orlando for my graduation. We wanted something close to the event hall and close to my in-laws. This property was perfect for location, accessibility, and necessities. We opted to get a resort pass to use to the pool at the property, which made the stay absolutely perfect.

Beautiful View but pool not included which we knew!

Good location - Roku TV was disappointing. We had a beautiful view of pool but we knew in advance that we could not use the pool or any services associated with the complex. (Private Owner)

this is a scam because we were tricked about two major things, it say free breakfast but thats a major lie, they only deliver us a few grocery items on the second day of which the manager told that have to last 4 adults for an entire eight day vactaion. on top of that we had no access to any of the ammenities, we werent allowed to use the pool, the gym or any of the resort facilities.

Too hight fees for Host and Service charges. Promise to deliver breakfast never received and not good idea for vacation time to cook breakfast. Strong awful refrigerator smell inside the apartment. Master bedroom mattress in some bad condition guests weren’t able to sleep the whole night. Host not compromised to make any refund and we left the apartment a day short to go and look for other place to stay.

Problems #1 floors so dirty your feet would turn black #2 air filter in hvac was filthy # 3 no bed spread just a small blanket for a king size bed # 4 shows pictures of pool and facilities but you can’t use because owner does not pay fee’s # 5 poorly equipped for cooking

The property was beautiful.The floors didn't seem like it was ever washed. Had to keep our shoes on .it said on line breakfast included. There was not breakfast. got there on Saturday morning They delivered groceries and left the on the counter we were out all day didn't get back until 11pm had to throw a way all the meat, cheese, oj and milk. Try to message someone for more blankets for the pull out coach. 5 audit 3 blankets. No one brought us more breakfast supplies and my family was there a week. One reason I picked this place was because it said breakfast included. One good thing was it was close to the parks. Couldn't get one of the TVs to work.

Lack of presentation

Location was great!!!!! Note to future guess, presentation is everything. As a frequent traveler, it’s the little things that count. When renting out a space, it is very important to go the extra mile for your guest. There were plenty of bath towels, but not much else. One use roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms and no dish detergent for the kitchen or nothing to scrub the dishes with. No hand soap for the bathrooms, and no trash bags for the trash cans. The rugs in the bathroom were not clean nor was the shower which showed of mold in the grout. No towels were properly displayed to make the bathrooms of the condo, inviting the televisions were not programmed properly, so there was very limited to channels. Quality is everything!

First arrival this place was an A upon leaving and considering the issues I'd give it a C .They give you ALMOST everything you need. A few extra rolls of toilet paper and towels for the bathroom so you dont slip getting out of the tub are very necessary. Nice glasses we cool and nice, but one broke spontaneously putting ice cubes in it. Tall plastic cups would be a better option. Speaking of ice cubes, the ice machine stopped working halfway thru the visit. Got a bag of ice from front desk. Talked to front desk and a representative from the ownership group and 2 promises of repair people each day went unfulfilled. Also tv in living room didnt work. Think remote batteries were dead but it worked better to swap tvs from bedroom to living room. More dishsoap and laundry detergent would have been helpful. Speaking of cleaning it appears that the jetted tub gets dirty easily and found some long dark hairs in the large tub. Lastly, security is useless. No one asks for id or visitors pass except 1 person Wednesday night asked what unit we were staying in. So all in all very nice, but some attention to these things could make it fantastic!

Great Vacation Spot

We stayed here for 4 nights because we were visiting family in the Walt Disney World Area. The location was perfect and so close to Disney property. The condo itself was very well kept and clean. The property manager was very easy to work with and communicated everything we could possibly need to know while staying there! The property that the condo is on is a little bit older and it shows in some places but overall it was wonderful and we'd absolutely stay there again!

Great location. close to all the theme parks.

The only recommendations I would make is the bath rooms need more towels. also there were only 2 tall drinking glasses and some of the dinner ware was missing. The floors on the balcony were dirty and our feet were black after coming in. the other thing is the mattresses were lumpy and you could feel the box springs .now very comfortable.
