There is no competition in the downtown Louisville to The 713! Reminiscent to a Boutique Hotel, this recently restored historic charmer is perfect for large groups or those wanting private sleeping quarters. Located on the popular Bourbon Trail, The 713 is nestled on museum row, and walking distance to many popular venues and restaurants.

Love Churchill Downs? This large and lovely 3rd floor suite has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and captures the nostalgia of the track with the bonus of fabulous River & Main Street views. You would be hard pressed to find a suite with this much living/dining space and a fully equipped upscale kitchen. Sleeps 13: 1 King Ensuite w/Queen sleeper, 2 Queen bedrooms, cozy bunk room w/4 Twins, & convertible sleeper in the living room. 3 large bathrooms round out this suite. Sleeps 13

The 713 ~
Recently restored historic building and home to 6 lovely short term rentals. Many guest rent multiple units within The 713, we are happy to share the links to these suites. The lobby is a shared space amongst all guests.

Other things to note:
While this listing is large, it is not to be rented for parties. Only guests presented to the hosts at the time of the reservation are welcome to stay property. Therefore - we typically do not rent to locals. Please feel free to send us a message and we will determine if we can accommodate your needs.

Fabulous property. Fabulous location.

We were exploring the Kentucky Bourbon Trail with friends and stayed three nights in this fabulous property. It was a mood-setter from the start — stylish, spacious and perfectly situated along Whiskey Row. Parking is a few blocks away, but easy and well-communicated. Would stay again!

Prime location

Loved this location as our home base for the bourbon trail. Nice open concept kitchen and living room space for hanging out in the evenings. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Spent 5 days in this lovely place. The space was perfect for our family - loved the kids all had rooms and bathrooms close to each other, while my husband and I could retreat in the back room for some peace and quiet. Plenty of room for the 8 of us, great kitchen space, and loved that we could all be in one area hanging out together. The location was perfect - easy walking to restaurants, river walk, etc. We had one small issue but the owners responded immediately and helped us through it. Check-in and out was easy. We had a great time and hope to make it back!

Everything was as expected, very cute and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out, gathering space for 5 was more than enough. The elevator wasn't working on our last day but we were on the way to airport and just used stairs

Amazing property and great location!

Enjoyed a fun bourbon filled weekend with 3 couples to celebrate milestone birthdays and anniversaries! Location of 713 Main was perfect - walked everywhere we needed to go and bourbon trail tour picked us up right outside! The suite had absolutely everything we needed, comfy beds and tons of kitchen amenities, easy check in/out, and property managers were super responsive! Would definitely go back again!

Five of us gathered for a special birthday. Well appointed spacious apartment in the heart of downtown. Excellent security. Couldn’t have been a better location for Thunder over Louisville. Highly recommended.

Bourbon Trail Trip

Ten buddies stayed here to visit the bourbon trail and enjoy Louisville for the weekend. The property was as advertised and an amazing location! Tons of room, lot of light and great views of both Main St and the Ohio River. You are only a short walk from Slugger Museum and several distilleries!! The property managers were extremely communicative and easy to work worth. I highly recommend this property!

Just an immaculate residence

First of all, this listing is inaccurate because the place is way larger in person than it looks in the pictures. We had a 9 person poker game around that kitchen table and 8 grown men had no time sleeping and showering here for 2 days. Everything about this place was thoughtful. The decor, the full length mirrors, the bathrooms, the furniture. One of the rare places that feels like a high end hotel. But sadly, I didn't see much of Louisville because everything we wanted to do was a short few blocks from this location. Parking was also incredibly easy though too. I wish all short term rentals were as nice as this.

Perfect Location

This place was perfect for our group of adults. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. The room in the front is almost like a separate suite. The location is wonderful. We walked everywhere except for the day we drovw out to Barnsward.

Perfect weekend stay.

The Churchill was the perfect place for our inaugural boys trip to Louisville. Perfect proximity for walks to local distilleries, restaurants, and quick Uber rides to the rest of Louisville’s other neighborhoods and destinations (Churchill Downs) .The property was updated, spacious, clean, and easily had room for the 5 of us. It also had views of Main St from the primary bedroom and the Ohio river from the family room. I’ll also note property management was engaged and easily accessible throughout. Highly recommending this property to all.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions. The only drawback is that the laundry facility is only on the second floor. I needed to contact the owners for instructions as to how to gain access. Definately recommend.

Weekend in Bourbon Country

The place was beautiful! Plenty of space for our group of 10 adults. Easy access to all of downtown Louisville and parking was a breeze. Definitely would stay there again.

Stunning loft great layout

I booked this place for 8 guys for a bachelor party and as all of us walked in, we were in awe! The master overlooks main st and the living room overlooks the river. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you'd need in a stay we had here. The elevator ride up to the loft opens into the living space so you get somewhat of a "penthouse suite" vibe. I'd recommend for 7-8 people that want beds but there were accommodations for about 13 as the listing says. We were walking distance to nearly all of the main bars/restaurants and distilleries. Michters and Louisville slugger factory museum could be seen from the street out front. Overall, definitely a classy place to stay!
