This CONDO is comfy, safe, and has all of the appliances one Ora family would need. It’s in close walking proximity to the Beach and restaurants. The host is very responsive and accommodating as well. I’d stay there again.

The condo was in easy walking distance to restaurants & the beach. The unit was equipped with everything we needed, plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, etc. on warm days, the pool was enjoyable. The sunsets were beautiful! Andi, our host, was very responsive to questions that arose.

We only stayed one night before flying out of Tampa, so we didn't get to use the pool or kitchen. But everything was clean, easy to find, good parking, etc. Terrific shops and good food a short walk away. Tons of beach access spots. Comfy beds and plenty of lounging space in the living area. We'd definitely stay here again, for a longer time.

Fabulous family staycation

We rented Andi's place for a staycation over memorial day weekend. She was responsive and friendly from the beginning, and the unit was stunning. It's perfect for our family of four (2 kids, 4 years and 1 year). We all definitely stay here again!

The shower would not drain we plunged the shower daily so our feet would be in our own filth with sand and what not. The faucet was coming out of the wall. The toilet drain the whole time we were there. The birds poop ALL over our vehicles daily. We spent 27 a day on car washes. Have photos to prove

Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised to read about the plumbing concerns, as no maintenance issues were reported to us at all during your stay. Had we been notified that the shower or toilet was not draining properly, we would have sent maintenance immediately, as we always strive to address guest concerns as quickly as possible. As for the birds, our property is located in a coastal environment with mature trees that naturally attract local wildlife. While we understand that bird activity can be frustrating, it is unfortunately something that cannot be controlled or prevented by the property owner. We take guest comfort seriously and encourage guests to reach out during their stay so that we have the opportunity to correct any issues in real time. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Perfect

The location was amazing. Just a block away from the beach and the trolley, and some incredible restaurants right within walking distance. The balcony seating area felt like you were in a tropical forest and the house had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. It was absolutely perfect and we look forward to coming back again.

Great Host and Stay

The condo is very clean and has everything you need. I loved being able to walk to the beach in the morning it was so convenient. Andi was an amazing checks in and available for questions. We wanted to grill and the grill was damaged due to Milton but 3 hours later a brand new grill arrived!

Great location w/pool

We had an amazing stay at this property! Appreciated the communication and willingness to stock kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed for our vacation.Location is perfect!! Short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood & the pool!!! Plenty of cafes, restaurants & markets close as well! Brought my tiny furry friend & he enjoyed the dog park within walking distance. The outdoor space was phenomenal in the mornings while I was catching up on work & having coffee! We used the pool & grill nearly every day!!! Great outdoor ambiance.Highly recommend this property.

As advertised

Stayed with my 74 yr old mother and 18 yr old daughter. The place was what you see in the pictures. We appreciated that it was so clean. We did not use the pool but it seemed like other guests enjoyed it with their small children. We really liked the location. It is about 1/2 mile from the center of the town - a nice beach blvd walk. My mother didn't make the walk but we were able to just bring food back to her. There is, however, a great lunch spot just around the corner to the north of the condo - maybe 1 block. Also, even with it being Spring Break, the traffic wasn't bad. We were able to get an Uber and get a table at the restaurant we wanted with no problems. The town is nice - quiet but does have a Crabby Bills, which livens it up a bit. The beach is beautiful and literally a 3 minute walk away!

Complete Dump

This place was absolutely disgusting, booked for 2 nights, didn’t even stay 24 hours, towels are all stained up, ceiling has water spots throughout it. Host took hours to respond to any request if they responded at all. Code would not work for the door so checkin in was delayed also. WiFi didn’t work until late the first day after checkin. Bed is a complete joke, better off to sleep on the couch. The pool is stained and filthy also. Please do not waste ur time staying here. It is disgusting throughout. Fridge has rust in it as well.

We are sorry that you decided to change your plans and wanted to extort us to get money back by leaving as proven in your communication with me saying that you would not leave a review if I refunded your money so that you could leave early, as shown in our external security camera cameras of you leaving at 3 PM and not 10 AM. Also, as shown by our pool cleaning company, the pool is cleaned twice weekly and a sparkling clean. There is absolutely no rust on the refrigerator and the towels are all brand new as we just renovated post hurricane. It's sad when people like you do not get what they want and so they decide to just spread lies I do, however, wish you well in the future
