Sunset Paradise est un petit complexe de 17 unités sur la plage. L'unité 8 est dans le petit bùtiment (# 2) sur le cÎté du complexe - avec une vue latérale sur la plage. Il y a un parking pour deux voitures à l'avant de l'unité. L'unité a un parking couvert en dessous donc il y a un accÚs par escalier à l'unité.

Le complexe abrite une piscine et un bain Ă  remous, ainsi qu'un grand barbecue Ă  gaz - vous pouvez marcher de la piscine directement sur la plage - une magnifique plage pour les familles ou les couples. Indian Rocks Beach est un quartier paisible - vous avez l'embarras du choix avec de merveilleux restaurants Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied et encore plus Ă  choisir parmi un court trajet en voiture. Si vous cherchez plus que des vacances Ă  la plage, vous avez l'embarras du choix - vous ĂȘtes Ă  proximitĂ© de Tampa - Saint-PĂ©tersbourg ou Clearwater afin que vous puissiez visiter, les parcs Ă  thĂšme, les centres commerciaux, les musĂ©es et les Ă©vĂ©nements sportifs sont tous Ă  portĂ©e de main. Great experience! The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The bedding and pillows were good quality and comfortable.I would stay here again.

Great location. Not far from manatee viewing center we visited. Didnt have beach towels and no laundry available. Besides that everything was great.

We had a big piece of machinery in our parking spot that blocked our view. The condo need an updated. The air for air conditioner was filthy. was not aware that the laundry service was not available until the week of arrival. Had to do on the checkout list, i.e. bed linens, towels and put in a basket.

Not exactly what we expected

Check in was easy. Pictures are accurate in the listing. The problem is with the cleanliness. In the previous reviews the owner stated that the mold on the ceiling and the rusty/run down front door would be fixed (Aug 28, 2024) they were not updated or cleaned up. The filters on the ceilings were all filthy and the dust ruffles on the beds were very dirty. When checking out you have to strip the sheets but not the bedspread or the shams on the beds so clearly they are not getting cleaned, that is not sanitary. Be careful of the stairs to get up to the condo, they are not up to code. The wood is not pressure treated so be careful of slivers. They are not safe. Lastly no food is suppose to be left in fridge but when we arrived the fridge had old condiments sitting in there. Again, very unsanitary. We were disappointed but it did not ruin our fun.

Girls trip

We were looking for a new place to stay after the hurricanes devastated our other place. This suited our needs just fine. The beach in this area is busier than what we are used to or prefer but it was ok.

Disappointed

This is not near the beach. The place need work. You have to strip the sheets off the bed before leaving and only stayed one night and we won’t have if we had another place to stay. We went to eat and couldn’t even get a cheeseburger on a Monday night. Won’t be staying here again.

clean and more than acceptable for our purpose..view is NOT of pool/ocean as pics appear to be from other building..parking lot view..unit could stand some touch ups as front door rusty and large gaps under door doorwhich could allow bug entry

Can't beat the location!

Great location!! Ample beach supplies, chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler. Cleanliness was ok, it is not very updated, but price reflects that. This property is on the beach but there is not a gulf view, but it's pretty darn close! Loads of restaurants to walk to. Our absolute favorite is about a block and a half-Cafe de Paris! No dishwasher which was a little odd. Things were left in fridge, which was helpful but actually kind of odd and no shampoo or bath soap which I found odd as well, first time I forgot shampoo! Oh well. Not sure we'd stay again.

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures and description were accurate. We were on the second floor and the balcony overlooks the quiet parking lot. The place was clean and worked fine for 4 people. Each BR had its own bathroom which we loved. The host and cleaning person were prompt responding and helpful. We are considering staying here again. 👍

Great location right on the beach. Pool and hot tub were always the perfect temperature. Check in was easy and no problems through our stay. The condo is a bit dated but we were there to enjoy the beach, not the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at the beach

We enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was available. A washer and dryer were right downstairs (bring your quarters - $1.00 to wash and $0.75 to dry if I recall correctly. I had to raid my kids wallet for change haha). Super quick walk to the water, and we enjoyed having the pool option as well. We were able to walk a few blocks for ice cream which made my son quite happy.

Awesome location to the beach and pool and in walking distance to great restaurants

Great Location

Property was in a great location short walks to just about everything Excellent private very close beach access Excellent pool and hot tub It could have used some updated items such as real beach chairs and a quality umbrella also some better pots and pans for the kitchen as we did not plan on eating out only a couple times

We truly felt that this spot on the beach was a taste of paradise and loved soft sandy beach right on the doorstep - we loved the view and had enjoyed many happy holidays in this area. We could not believe our luck when we had the opportunity to have a home in the sun.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This really is our home from home - we can instantly relax and forget the stress and pressure of daily life as soon as our plane touches down in Tampa - the closeness of the airport means that in 40 minutes we are on the beach watching the sunset.
