This rare retreat has been restored and designed by two generations of builders and interior designers. The Summer street cottage has an all redwood interior, 17 foot high vaulted ceilings, 180 degree ocean view. The cottage is furnished with comfort and luxury in mind for the ultimate get away. Located just 200 strides from the beach down Bumble Bee Path.

Wake up each morning to the sun streaming in the windows and fall asleep each night to the sound of waves and the warmth of two cozy fireplaces. Spend your days relaxing on the patio and upper deck overlooking the ocean. Make some memories under the outdoor trellis with mounted heaters. Fall asleep in one of the two sleeping areas one King and one queen size bed.

The beds, bedding and bathroom should be the best part of any rental experience. The beds are fit with down comforters and plenty of extra blankets for curling up and relaxing. The large bathroom has a soaker tub and large rain head shower with radiant heat floor all finished in Calacatta marble.

You have your choice of drip coffee, Nespresso machine or french press. We provide a selection of treats, fresh butter and jam and of course a bottle of wine for your arrival. Grab an amazing loaf of fresh bread from Tomales bakery or the Dillon Beach market and enjoy.
