Beautifully appointed 2 story, 2 bedroom condo overlooking the 18th fairway of Lakeside Golf Course(Golf Course is currently closed and under reno), minutes from Canyon lake, the Guadalupe river, and Whitewater concert venue. Enjoy relaxing views from the upper and lower balcony. Open downstairs floor plan with large comfy couch and 2 recliners for resting after a day on the lake or river. Nearby are several quality restaurants, a grocery store, convenience store and drug store. Kitchen is equipped for the gourmet in your group. Private bathrooms for both bedrooms. Half bath downstairs . Washer and dryer .. Smart TV in living room as condo has high speed internet.

The condo was very nice and well stocked. Great location a few minutes from canyon lake boat ramp 5. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Quiet get away

Great place to stay! 2nd time at this property. We will be back. Hoping for rain to green up the golf course. Close to lots of hill country destinations.

Nice, quiet place

Easy check-in! The area is very nice and we didn't hear outside noises or neighbors, so nicely quiet. 2 story unit with upstairs and 2 steps outside and inside in living area. The deer lurking nearby was a joy to see. We enjoyed our stay.

The Canyon Lake condo was extremely clean and tastefully appointed. It had everything needed plus.

Great condo, nice area, and easy communication with the owners. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The owners even gave us some good suggestions for restaurants, music and events nearby. We enjoyed the added bonus of two well behaved outdoor cats that would occasionally visit us as we sat on the first floor back porch.

The property was clean and well maintained. The view off of the back patio was particularly beautiful, especially in the mornings where you could see deer roaming.

Excellent place to relax and unwind

The place is surrounded with lush nature and very well equipped with everything you would want. The place is quiet and many attractions of the Hill Country are nearby. The check in/check out is seamless. Communication with host is pleasant. Could not think of better place to unwind.

Visit with friends close by

We loved our stay. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Bought a 50# bag of corn and fed the deer every morning and evening. Lots of fawns this time of year. Beds were very comfy and we all slept very well. There was plenty of hot water for the showers, never ran out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very pleasant stay, but ...

The property has everything you need in the kitchen. The location is perfect. But, the second bedroom beds are for small kids only. We had an adult staying there and he was struggling every night, as beds are too short for 5ft10inch person.

Thanks for your input. The beds in the 2nd bedroom are standard twin sizes and there is also a queen size bed in the room as the condo accommodates 4 which is the guest limit.

The condo was adequate and the location was perfect, but there was food left in the refrigerator and dishes still in the sink when we got there. There was a used bar of soap and a used razor in the shower as well as a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The house was 82 degrees when we arrived and took quite a while to cool down enough to comfortably sleep there.The other major issue we had was that we had to turn on the water at the outside meter. After calling the owners, they quickly responded.The meter sits right outside the door of the house, but is in a bed of rocks. That should have been outlined in the VRBO ad as consideration for those who are unable to physically perform this task. We definitely will not be returning and would not recommend this location.

I am guessing this guest was expecting a hotel experience in a VRBO setting. We apologize that the razor was missed by the cleaning crew but leaving condiments in the refrigerator? Not quite sure where that is offensive. The guest was instructed to review the entry manual which explained the water situation in great detail but the panicked ph call from him indicated that that was not done. We stand behind the reviews from previous guests

Nice getaway

We enjoyed staying at this property. I loved watching all the deer from the back patio. It is a nice two story condo. It is older and somewhat outdated but clean and quiet.

Canyon Lake Getaway

Very nice property with everything we needed. Deer feeding right from the back porch was a real treat. Very easy access to Comal Park, one of the best areas of the lake.
