Welcome to our beautiful home! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in west of Urbandale. You will have the entire home to yourself during your stay. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, nearly 2000 sq/ft of finished. You will have plenty of space to move around. Open kitchen with bar/seating and dining area.

Really comfortable house would stay again. Comfortable beds plenty of linen and towels. Convenient to Des Moines and surrounding area.

House was just as described. Space was great for us as we had some room to spread out. Easy parking and easy to get around town. Maybe add a grill onto the deck!

Excellent stay. Prompt response to a minor problem that was resolved very quickly. Our stay was one of the best rentals we have had.I highly recommend this rental as your first option in Des Moines.

Highly recommend

Process was very easy to check in and check out! Very nice place we liked that not all the bedrooms were upstairs due to we have older parents. Very nice area and nice neighbors. We stayed for the good guys car show and had classic cars it was nice not to have to worry about them being messed with and we parked off the road!

Bathtub shower had a very slow drain.No small waste baskets in rooms.No tissues in rooms.

Worked For Our Needs!

In general this property worked for our needs for a quick stay in Des Moines, IA area. We liked having 4 bedrooms & 2.5 baths & the fact that we could bring our dog. The property was adequately clean & kitchen was fairly stocked. We enjoyed using the deck where we could spread out as the main living area kitchen/breakfast nook & family room are on the small side. For dog families - the yard is not fenced.

Property was quiet and comfortable. Only real down side was the rose bush we had to fight with at the front door. Its a climbing rose with nothing to climb on. Beds were comfortable

Home away from home

We stayed here for a few nights while our own home was being remodeled. Property was very clean and just as described. Host communication was great and neighborhood was quiet. Someone showed up to put ice melt down during an ice storm, which was a pleasant surprise.

College Reunion

4 college graduates get together every year to play golf and a card game called “Hearts” so the house was perfect as there were four bedrooms and 2 full baths and a 1/2.

Friends Weekend

The home, check-in and the location were great. However, there were several lights that did not work, there was no guide how to manage the TV channels (similar to what you get in a hotel), and the oven took extremely long time to cook food. There was limited towels available, no Kleenex’s or trash cans in the bedrooms. These are minor things but they impacted our final impression.

Nice House

We stayed here on two separate trips to the area in less than a month both times the house was exactly as shown. It is a really nice place, great neighborhood, very clean, and had good parking. Beds were comfortable and we felt we had plenty of space. Would be look to stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend for those who are looking.

Couple Maintenance Things

The fridge leaks water on the floor - not sure from where The upstairs shower sprays water outside of the shower and needs to be addressed These are just things that need fixed. Was a nice place!

Family Visit

Visiting our nephew and his family, this house is extremely comfortable and within five miles of my nephew’s house. Walked the neighborhood and it’s a very nice space. Second time staying here and will more than likely stay again.

Great location!

We came for a conference and our party of three adults enjoyed this property and would absolutely return for future visits. We liked: -cleanliness -ease of check-in -nice, quiet neighborhood -spacious bedrooms and comfortable mattresses -well stocked linens, laundry, kitchen, and pantry items -coffee bar Highly recommend!
