Great location

Great location. A block from the beach so we were able to roll our fishing cart right to the beach. It was awesome not to have to get in the car to get to the beach.

It's a good weekend getaway!

Wonderful location! Only thing that was unusual was there was no TV in the bedroom and no dishwasher. Another than that I would stay there again. The area was perfect for a weekend getaway. 👍

We were very pleased with our stay at this Jacksonville Beach House. It is literally one block from the beach and the house was well maintained. The host was very quick to respond and we really appreciated that. I would highly recommend!

Walk to the beach

Enjoyed our stay here. The best part was how close we were to the beach. A washer and dryer would have been fantastic. Lugging wet towels to the laundromat was not fun

Super close to the beach - fantastic house!!

The house was very spacious and well kept. All the ammenities needed were there. It's super close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. A bonus for us was an outside outlet near the parking space so we could charge our EV!! Definitely recommend!!

Adorable and Bright

Great spot on Jax beach with pretty light and ocean views. Very pleasant host and really cute contemporary decor. The tile floor took the stress out of worrying about my pups ruining anything, and the park next door was super convenient and pretty.

Location, location, location!

This was the perfect space for my husband and me. Parking in front and a two block walk to the beach made it very convenient. The table holds four so my daughter and friend came for dinner. I spent some time every day reading on the front porch. TV is only streaming with about 2 channels in live tv so bring your log in for your streaming channels. The thermostat is a Nest type, it would have been nice to have a sheet with directions on how to use it. We will definitely use this place again

Only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 2 night stay. One roll paper goods. Tv remote damaged and doesn’t work. Roku remote does work. No supplies in kitchen. Coffee pot leaked. Overall it wasn’t bad. Quiet place and short walk to the beach.

Dirty back deck

The house itself was not bad. It was clean however, there were only two washcloths and one kitchen towel, and we had no toilet paper. The worst part was outside. It was full of old trash and running water and rotting old living room rugs. The grill was absolutely disgusting and filthy. The porch itself was in desperate need of repair and paint

We apologize for the unorganized back deck. We’re renovating Next door apartment. Our contractor and their workers had miss communication left stuff on the back deck and did not act quickly to remove the junk during your visit. We did not find out the issues till after you checked out.

Great location, but a bit misleading listing, spacious kitchen, pretty outdoor front porch though!

Not the cleanest upon arrival (dirty/crumbs under master bedroom, some substantial counter smudges) and not all of the same furniture in the pics (different/dated nightstand in bedroom).However, great location near Jax Beach access and surrounding area for shops, grocery stores, gas. Beware of the small outdoor space in the "pet friendly" listing, it's more like a small/narrow back trash alleyway with limited grass options, however a very nice outdoor shower though for washing off the beach sand! It was a super hot day in August.. so understand the HVAC unit was working hard/stressed, but no real cooling off ever occurred to the master bedroom section or bathroom/shower area of the house (more like a connected townhouse). We luckily had nearby family lend us a small box fan for better ventilation in the master bedroom. We also did not bring this up to the host until our last day there. Overall, not trying to bash this listing but bring attention to a few items, and end on a positive about the property's nice exterior curb appeal & convenient location in Jax Beach!

Nice Place , Easy Beach Access

Home was nice, very close to beach access. Backyard area was small, not very private though (backyard neighbors mowed so we were unable to sit outside). The air freshers that were plugged in were affecting my husband's allergies, so we unplugged them. The beach access was amazing! Just a short walk. Parking was perfect right outside the house. The only suggestion we have is to provide a binder of local attractions, restaurants, etc for those guests who are from out of state. We did have a great time!

Loved our stay!

We stayed here over Fourth of July and it was a great time - perfect place right near the beach for myself my husband and our dogs. Check in was so easy and we enjoyed our trip!

I fall in love with Jacksonville Beach when I first visit my family and friends here back in 2 years ago. A small quiet beach town that conveniently close to everything we need. Quiet and safe neighborhood with super friendly neighbors :)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

1 block walk to watch beautiful sunrise in early morning and jogging on the beach later afternoon. Half block from tennis courts and park, 3 blocks from Whole-food Market and many of my favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy ride bike alone the beach to breath the fresh ocean-air.
