First class accommodations that will not disappoint. Beautifully kept and tastefully decorated 4 bedroom one floor Pool Home just 7 miles from Disney. Home has no rear neighbors and have a beautiful view over the small lake. BBQ (rental) on the desk while watching the sun set. Wireless Internet, US and Canadian long distance and satellite TV is included.
Pool heat is included weather permitting.

The pictures and descriptions are accurate and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies for our family of six. There could be additional time spent cleaning outdoor chairs and some cobwebs throughout. If the weather was a little warmer we would have enjoyed the pool more but the pool heater did allow us to swim on some chilly days. Overall a nice place for family and close to Disney and other entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our stay. It was a large party of my husband, three children, and my parents. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds. The pool was amazing. We spent 4 days at Disney World and the drive was about 20 mins each way. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and fast food along the way. Living room and dining area provided plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax. We would stay here again.

Great villa that lives up to its name! The whole booking process was really smooth, and communication with the owner before and during the stay was prompt and professional. The villa itself is lovely, plenty of space for a family and great views over the pool and lake. The location was perfect for our needs being around 25 mins from Disney and around an hour and a half to the coast. Thoroughly recommend, and we can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Property

Pool is amazing, location is great!! Kitchen appliances supplied. Needs a deep clean in corners. Walked in and bath mat was wet, there was hair in the bottom of the shower. Be sure to look to see what you need. There were no trash bags, toilet paper, or pool toys. Check out time is early if you have a late flight. All in all, very relaxing.

House was clean & comfortable. Everything there that one could need. Pool clean and comfortably warm with pool heat added by this renter. Owner contact was efficient & the local house manager was very pleasant & accommodating.

Great stay

We enjoyed this property and its location. The view from the pool is beautiful. House was well stocked with necessities, for cooking and cleaning (dishwasher pods, detergent, garbage bags,etc.) home was in great condition, just wished some areas were cleaned a little better (such as corners of bathrooms and doors) other than that it was great!

Great house close to all Disney Parks.

We came on a family Christmas vacation to go to Disney. It was our first visit. We really enjoyed our stay.Nice outdoor area with pool. It was very relaxing in the morning. A nice lake view.The kids were very excited to see lots of turtles, ducks and birds.

Home from Home.

Good Location. Very peaceful, lovely private pool overlooking lake. New kitchen appliances made everything easy to use. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful house, quiet area

The house was beautiful, stocked with everything we needed, and made our stay very nice. We enjoyed the pool immensely, the kids went swimming every day of our trip and loved it. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and linens in the closets, and the kitchen was fully stocked with things to cook with and even extra things in the cabinets that made cooking meals much easier. The property manager was quick to respond to questions I had which meant a lot. The two twin bed rooms do not have TVs, which my kids were sad about but they made do for the week. When we checked out the housekeeper was pulling in the clean, my 5 year old accidentally left his backpack and she text me immediately to let me know and to see how she could get it returned to me. I appreciated that gesture so much, it meant a lot to me to know that they employ good people.

Florida stay

We had a great time for our family holiday in Orlando. Great communication with host and all queries and questions answered promptly. Close to all parks with supermarket and restaurants just minutes away. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Felt like coming home after a day in the parks. We loved the pool area overlooking the lake - very peaceful after a busy day. Thank you for a great holiday.

Beautiful Florida home that is well maintained, clean, & cared for. The home has all the amenities one could hope for & provides for a comfortable stay, whether long term ( as we stay) or short term. The property manager is very pleasant & attentive to any issue one may have. The owner is always available for contact & responds promptly to any inquiries. The neighborhood is well maintained, safe, and quiet. My wife & I look forward to our return next year.

Thanksgiving with the kids!

Our oldest son and daughter-in-law moved to Orlando. So we come down a couple times a year to visit and for holidays. We found this home on Vrbo and loved the out of the way location and it being situated on a nice private lake as your backyard! It’s a great size house for 5-6 adults (there were five of us) and room left for 2-3 or more adults or kiddos. It was perfect size for us. Wife and youngest son (28) loved the bathtub in the master bath as it was just the right size to soak. The pool was very nice and warm (even at Thanksgiving). The kitchen had all new appliances and very well stocked with all the dishes you would need to cook and serve a full Thanksgiving meal like we did! All in all, we highly recommend this house and these hosts. They were wonderful to work with and we had absolutely no issues at all! We look forward to staying here again, hopefully soon!

Fantastic Property!

We were extremely happy with this property! The house was very clean and well maintained. Close to shopping and both Disney and Universal parks. The pool heater was not working when we arrived. The property owner was quick with responses and sent someone out to fix it that same day. We would definitely stay here again!
