Oceanside 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bath Home in Private Gated Community

Escape from everyday life and come relax at this fabulous home steps away from a PRIVATE lifeguarded beach. This oceanside home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bath (plus an outdoor shower) and is located in one of North Bethany's exclusive gated communities. The home comfortably sleeps 12 people but has plenty of room to spread out with its open and inviting floor plan.

**furniture may have been moved and/or added from the photos.

Please bring all your own linens, pillows, towels, paper and plastic goods (paper towels, trash bags, toiler paper). The kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishes, glass and silverware, serving platters and kitchen towels/ hot pads. There is a grill on site.

Ground Floor - foyer/ laundry room/ half bath/ utility room/ outdoor shower access

Main Floor- BR1- King Bed and ensuite with a balcony; BR 2 - King bed, Full hall bathroom, family room, dining area, kitchen, sunroom, screened in porch, decks.

Upper level - BR3- King Bed and ensuite with a balcony, BR4- 4 Twin bunk beds, 1 pack and play and a jack and jill bathroom, BR5 - King bed, large private deck, jack and jill bathroom connected to twin bunk room

great family vacation home

The house is well equipped with sleeping arrangements, including a crib and bunk beds. Close to the beach and a gated community which gives you that secure feeling for your younger family members. The host is polite and very easy to communicate with. Our vacation there was one of the nicest one's we have had in years.

Perfect family home

Loved our week at Gulls Nest. Well stocked kitchen, a bath with every room, and lots of space to relax and spread out made our week the best. This place has a fire pit out front - wish we could have used - just ran out of evenings. Awesome fireworks on the beach - who needs to go downtown? Owner super responsive, hope to return next year 😀

Wonderful beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time here with our family. It felt like staying at a well-loved family home instead of a rental and was stocked with everything. The kids took full advantage of the available toys and large deck. Very easy walk to the Private beach, which was never crowded.. The owner was also very helpful. The only downside was the traffic noise from the highway but we would definitely stay again.

Great family stay!

We loved this house for our family beach week. Great sleeping rooms, plenty of bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the extra beach chairs and umbrellas. Brady was very responsive and helpful. The walk to the beach was five minutes easy walk with no traffic. Having life guards at the beach made it more relaxing while the kids were riding waves. All in all a wonderful house and beach experience!

Great vacation!

We enjoyed staying here! Perfect size for our family. Very comfortable! The beach cart and umbrellas at the house were much appreciated! Beach was never crowded. Could use some additional hooks or towel racks for damp towels and suits. Brady was great!

Great Family holiday without the parents

Mom and Dad contracted COVID and were unable to attend but our 30 something children loved the house, its location and the ability to have privacy as well as group interaction.

Amazing private beach

We really enjoyed our stay. House is big and family friendly. The neighborhood and private beach are incredible. We had the beautiful beach basically to ourselves with room to play games, fish or even have a cocktail. Biking distance into Bethany and several other restaurants. As other reviews stated, the house does back up to a highway and it is loud in a few of the bedrooms and decks, and the house is a little dated. However we would rent again.

North Bethany

Location and amenities at the house were great. The host was awesome. The only real downer was that the house is located right on the main highway and the traffic noise is pretty loud, but we knew that before we rented. Unfortunately it was BIKE WEEK in Ocean City, MD and the motorcycle noise was ridiculous. Other than that, the house was great.

Wonderful Week at Delaware Shore

This property suited our needs perfectly. We 8 adults had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a lazy week at the beach. The house is laid out quite well, was clean and well-stocked. Really appreciated the use of the beach chairs, which were plentiful. The house is about a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous, uncrowded beach. The owners could not have been nicer or more responsive. When something broke, a repairman was there first thing the next morning! We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, spacious home steps from the beach

Our family had a wonderful time at this property, everything was well appointed with anything and everything you need for your stay. Tons of space for the family! A super short walk to the beach and short drive to the shops and restaurants. Brady was a gracious host, wonderful communication, we would highly recommend to all!
