Located in the Oak Island Harbor Community, this villa is ideally situated to maximize the time you have to spend in Central Florida. One of the finer communities in the area. a mere 10 minutes from Walt Disney World with popular restaurants and shops nearby as well. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with other upscale homes all with spacious lots, private pools and screened-in decks. The 2-storey home is completely equipped for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Its vaulted ceilings in the living area create a welcoming ambiance of light and space. The well decorated bedrooms are generous in size, each with its own flat-screen television. There are two lounge areas, one is set up for reading and relaxing while the other is set up for watching television or a favorite movie. The kitchen is upscale in its design with corian countertops and quality appliances. The main floor is tiled throughout (with the exception of the master bedroom) for easy living! The master bedroom is conveniently located downstairs with a very large ensuite bathroom that features both a walk-in shower as well as a soaker tub and a double bowl vanity. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, and the remaining two have two twin beds each - all tastefully decorated so great for either kids or adults. The upper level is carpeted and the villa is well stocked with good quality linens and towels. Should you wish to park your vehicle in the shade, its not a problem with a power garage door opener, If you've had enough of sunning and splashing in the pool , you can try your hand at fishing in the lake, or perhaps drive down to US-192 for a game of putt-putt. Old Towne with its classic & custom car displays and rides is always a popular excursion. If a game of golf is on your mind, Orange Lakes Country Club, Mystic Dunes and Celebration are all just a stones throw away. There is so much to do and how the time flies! You'll be planning your next vacation at this wonderful villa before you've even left ...

Beautiful home, great location, hosts were professional and responsive. Pool was nice, but heating was an extra charge so nobody really utilized it. Also, privacy was an issue as a pool worker arrived unannounced and let himself into the pool area several times to clean the pool. We were not made aware of this and were startled by his sudden arrival. Worker was polite however. Soaker tub in master bathroom was not really usable as blowers were corroded and dirty. Warning, self catering means no wash clothes and minimal toilet paper and trash bags. Nothing says welcome after a long flight like having to go buy those things. Not sure if this is the standard in Central Florida, but it was a surprise to us and quite inconvenient. Overall, nice place and neighborhood with convenient proximity to Disney World. I think all these issues could easily be fixed, i.e notifying guests of pool worker, heating the pool during winter months, and servicing the soaker tub. Overall, I would recommend this property and give it an 7.5/10.

Property was as described, clean and in good condition, location was perfect, and yes there really is an Alligator in the pond!!! Daniel was very helpful and communication was quick, would consider using again if get to go back to Florida

Excellent property in beautiful location.

Very well equipped, spacious and well presented villa, made our stay in Florida a special one. The location of the villa was excellent both in terms of distance to Disney parks (literally approx 10mins drive), and the surrounding beauty as it backed onto a lake it was lovely waking upto every morning. The pool was great to cool off in after walking round the parks in the heat each day and was actually bigger than it appeared in the pictures. The villa had all equipment and space that we needed and more. We had a brilliant holiday and would highly recommend this property couldn't fault it in anyway and the whole process in both booking and our stay was made very easy and straightforward by Daniel and David, thanks to them we had a very comfortable and peaceful stay in an excellent villa.

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in einer Top Lage. Alles ist sehr schnell zuerreichen, Parks, EinkÀufen (Walmart, Publix, Supertarget), Outlets etc. Sehr zu Empfehlen

Comfy, clean villa!

We enjoyed our week in this lovely, clean villa in a great location for Disney! Easy to get to Universal & Orlando shopping areas & restaurants too Well stocked with kitchen essentials & towels. The pool was perfect! Communication with the agent was excellent & prompt. Highly recommend and we will be very happy to return here in the future.

Perfect for disney

Excellent communications from the property manager before our visit. Great location close to Disney (20 mins). Facilities were fine though a little road noise from a highway a few hundred metres away. A leak under the kitchen sink was fixed within hours. Very pleased overall.

Everything you need... and more!

Everything was first class! David and his team were great to deal with. They were responsive and attentive when we needed it (very seldom) and left us to get on with enjoying our stay (and we did - thoroughly!) We've stayed in numerous houses in this area and although I'd love to say this wasn't great - principally to stop you and others staying so our dates remain open 😉 ... to do that would be misleading and ingenious... this IS a truly great place, has all the things you hoped for and need, plus a lot more you didn't realise you needed until you got there. A quite brilliant house, which is why when the opportunity arose, we stayed another week! Can't wait to be back!

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family. Nice very well kept property. Children loved the pool. I liked the fact that it was not too far from the shops and Walmart for all our needs. Only, depending on traffic, 15 minutes from attractions. Will be coming down again and staying Olin your properties.

2021 family vacation

This was the best vacation ever. The house was excellent our granddaughter enjoyed the pool tremendously and the rest of us enjoyed just sitting around. The location is close to everything we couldn’t have had a better place

Perfect stay

This was a perfect house for our family of seven. The neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located near theme parks, shopping, and restaurants. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool, patio, and fishing pond where we spent most of our time. I highly recommend this house!
