Beautiful and spacious German style Sunday Haus located just steps away from Main Street shopping, wineries, and restaurants. Private courtyard with seating and a charcoal grill to enjoy a bottle of wine! Wood burning fire place inside and a complete kitchen! Very large dining area - plenty of space!!

This cute townhouse features a large living room with a fireplace and 1/2 bath downstairs. Upstairs you will find a large king size full bedroom with a full bathroom! The couch downstairs is a pullout queen bed for occupancy up to four people. The Gardens of Barons Creek sits right on The Barons Creek so there are deer and turkeys often!!!
We are pet friendly with a $50 pet fee.
Keyless entry, remote lock programming makes for a hassle-free check-in. Plenty of parking!

Everything you need near downtown Freddiesburg

We loved this location and would stay here again. We were able to bring our dog and the house had everything we needed.

Nice place?

Only real issue is the we couldn’t get the water to come out of the shower head. Was probably for the best though. The tub to tile seam needs caulking really bad. It will end up causing problems in the future. The house was absolutely charming and we had a great time in Fredericksburg.

overall good stay with some exceptions

the roof leaked notified them and said they would look into it thats all i heard There were no shades of the downstairs just sheers One could not see in during the day but at night our living face the parking for the 4 units and no privacy at night,,upstairs bedroom also had one shade missing Kitchen utensils were very minimum and pots were horrible. dishwasher had a mIssing a cap so when you pulled out the drawer it fell apart. Refrigerator randomly froze things. There was only a sofa in living room and no chair except if you wanted to pull a dining chair. overall stay was not as comfortable as i would have liked

Gift for a friend.

I rented this little place as gift for a friend who needed some alone time after losing her husband this spring. She loved it and got some much needed rest. Great location. Very clean and cute. Very Nice Townhouse

This townhouse is in a very good central location, about Âœ a mile from main street shops. It is located on a quiet street, quiet surrounding neighborhoods, you just hear road noise from Main Street when sitting on back porch. The back yard area is small, but private, we actually spent a lot of time sitting out there with the dogs. The Saluspa Hot Tub is nice- just needs better instructions on how to use. The grill was a nice addition to have too, although it is a charcoal grill, not gas. Good, spacious driveway/parking. Kitchen had all the basics, even a dishwasher. Could use better window coverings in front windows/ kitchen, maybe since we’re from the city, we like our privacy, but I found a way to move things around to make us feel better. Bed and new couch are comfortable, felt very clean overall, would love to come back!

Adorable place

Loved every minute of our stay. The place was perfect, very sweet, comfortable, and quaint. It is right off Main Street so you can hear some traffic noise, but the house is well built so it wasn’t bothersome at all and it is to be expected if you choose to stay close to town. You could walk to town, but it was much easier to drive and we had no problem finding parking spaces. We would definitely stay here again, as it was perfect for a couples weekend getaway!

Perfect is the one word impression of the property. The only helpful hint is that even though the property is just off Main Street, where all the action is, it is a one end of the long street.

Short but not sweet

Property is nice. Although technically 1 block off main street it actually backs up to main street and you can hear the traffic. A nice privacy wall blocks the courtyard. We had carpenter ants all over on the main floor so we couldn't sit on the couch. They made their way upstairs to bedroom on the last night.

Stunning little home in the heart of Fredericksburg Main Strip!

The house was actually more than what we expected it to be, and I have never had a better experience in Fredericksburg, as we typically would be further outside the city
 This house was stunning! My lady and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this shabby chic style historic home, and when we arrived there was a guide to All of the best spots to enjoy, which we did! Also, this house was perfectly suited for our two English Bulldogs (Beatrice Bourbon & Sushi), and I was so thankful for the hassle free accommodations, and cleanliness of the estate. I highly recommend this 7 ⭐ Home, and will stay here anytime I come back to town! Thank You!!!!!!!

Fantastic Holiday Getaway in Fredericksburg!

The house was absolutely perfect! It's super cute - looks exactly like VRBO pics ... we loved the layout and decor. The "haus" has all the amenities you need for a fun getaway in Fredericksburg! Location is great - just a few blocks away from the "main" part of Main Street. Danielle, the host, was also terrific with communication. We definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect little cottage

This was the perfect little cottage for a short stay to enjoy Fredericksburg. It was clean, cozy, and safe. Only a couple minutes from the historical downtown main street. Check in was super easy. The hot tub was perfect since the cool weather came in while we were there. Thanks so much!

Quaint Fredericksburg Sunday Haus

Property was adorable, very clean & comfortable, nicely decorated. Property manager was responsive and helpful when we had questions. Only downside was neighborhood was not up to par with this property. Not comfortable walking to Main St where all of the stores/restaurants are located even though it wasn’t too far. Other than that, everything was delightful. A few suggestions would be ice trays in freezer, additional (more than 2) washcloths for a weekend stay, and more Keurig pods/sugar for weekend.

Charming, spacious place close to the main strip

We had a great time in the home and were completely comfortable thanks for our amazing hosts. No detail was overlooked and we had everything we needed. It was quiet and we even had a storm roll through and the sound on the metal roof was divine. Added bonus, it was a full moon and it shone through the adorable mini windows near the high ceiling in the master upstairs. Will return next time we are in the area. Super close to a Brand new Natural Grocers which was nice for some healthy options.
