Separate fenced yard for the fur baby or play ball on the main lawn. Open concept living/dining with a fully stocked kitchenette. 2 relaxing recliners. Separate dining table with 2 chairs. Roku streaming TV with tons of channels. Comfy queen bed. Private bath has huge 3x5 shower with rainhead and plenty of extra towels tucked away in the vanity. And their is a tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water:) Meet the owners out on the shared deck and make new friends... or enjoy your privacy... whatever you decide you will love this little charmer.

The Casita was a perfect weekend getaway for my DH and me and our fur baby ! Tara was very communicative throughout and even suggested some great spots in the area to catch on out. The Casita is a an easy and nice 20 min walk to Main Street It has a larger yard our fur baby played ball in and a small side yard that’s safely enclosed for them to roam and watch the neighborhood cats. Many thanks to Tara for her hospitality and an adorable Casita with all the comforts of home that provided us a lovely weekend!

Very cute & cozy. Surprised the host came out to meet & depart us. You don't see that majority of the time. Lovely little potty area for your pets. Quiet neighborhood & close drive to main st. Appreciated the lighted pathway to the back house. Everything we used worked as intended. Perfect stay for a single or couple travelers & a pet.

Property was IMMACULATE! Loved the cozy feel as well as the decor. The hosts were AMAZING! Made our stay very memorable. Fredericksburg is a great town for many things, but when you top it off with such a great host and place to stay, it makes it a perfect weekend.

We really got lucky with our booking

We booked this fantastic Casita very last minute and only got the booking as a result of cancellation.The Casita was perfect and pictures don't do it justice. Well equipped, extremely clean and comfortable. The shower is large easily accessible and full size to detail just one strong feature!Tara our host was a great communicator both via text, email and during our stay. She was kind enough to greet us on arrival and walk through the nuances of the Casita electronics.If you have pets then this is perfect for you with a secure gated designated pet area where they can do their business without concerns.I can't recommend this location more and should we return to Fredericksburg in the future this accommodation will be top of my list.Thank you Tara and Jeff!

Amazing, had a really good time. The Casita was really nice and comfy. We liked that there is a special place for your pet to go and do its things. Also location could many be better, close to Main, where everything is. Would highly recommend.
