True Florida beach vibe, peace and quiet, and the Gulf just steps away only 100 feet from the water, and you just need to cross the street to reach Siesta Key Beach, the #1 beach in the USA. Restaurants, bars, shops, live music all just a short walk away, no car needed. But if you bring one, free parking is included!
It’s perfect to be able to pop back to the house for a break, restock the cooler or freshen up before heading out for sunset drinks.
The house is fully renovated, homely, cozy and full of quality touches comfy beds, beach chairs, beach towels, plenty of bath towels everything’s ready for you to feel at home.
Perfect for couples, small families or wedding guests right between the Village and the main entrance to Siesta Key Beach.

Beach get away

Good place and perfect beach location without the cost of being directly beachfront. A few tweaks shared with the host and this place would be perfect! Would consider choosing this place again

I loved everything about this cottage! The decor and finishes are absolutely top-notch, the bed was super comfortable, and there was enough space to chill via the couch or the table and chairs. The owners were wonderful to work with as well. Very close to the beach (legitimately across the street), and we even walked to the village a few times even though there are PLENTY of low/no cost transportation options. I will definitely be back to the area and stay at any of the owner's properties if they have availability!

Amazing location right across from the beach

We loved our stay. The place was cute and just enough space for two people. We could walk everywhere and no car really necessary. We would stay here again!

This little space is cozy and clean — and right across the street from the public beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and wheeled basket to take to the beach.

Seas the stay!

Wonderful location to both the village and the beach. Everything you need for a beach vacay in a comfortable well equipped and well appointed bungalow. The owners were very responsive and kind when we had a small AC issue which was quickly resolved.

Nice property in a great location

This is a very nice property, perfectly located right across the street from Siesta Beach. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. The only criticism I would offer is that a chest of drawers would be helpful as there is only a closet with a couple of shelves, but no place to organize clothes or other items.

A week in Paradise!!

The property had every convenience you would want for a week stay away from home near a beach. The property was beautifully decorated and had every amenity in the kitchen you would ask for. It had recently been completely redecorated and was beyond expectations. The host was more than communicative to all our questions. I would recommend this property due to all its amenities and location highly.

Always great!

This was our second time time here in unit A. We really love the house. 2 bathrooms are very convenient and the extra fridge is great too. The owners are very responsive and even allowed us to stay an extra day. We will be back!

Great Getaway Experience

My husband and I traveled to Siesta Key Beach for a quick two night getaway. The location of this "cottage" is so perfect--exactly 100 feet from the most beautiful beach ever. The cottage was very clean, the shower was terrific, the tvs were large and easy to operate and the bed comfortable. The house is situated in a very nice neighborhood, and we were able to walk to Siesta Village each night for dinner. We absolutely intend to stay here again.

Close to everything

Two friends and a puppy; we walked across the street to the beach. Puppy’s first experience
 She LOVED IT!! And we enjoyed walking around downtown. Many restaurants to choose from. Our rental was efficient and spacious. I t was everything we needed. Thanks.

excellent location/inaccurate description (pictures) of outdoor space

The house was as described in the listing, the location was great, and the beds were comfortable. However, I was disappointed in the outdoor space. The description said "fenced yard" which was misleading, I expected it to be "fenced in" but it was not so I was not able to have my dogs outside off leash which was the main reason I rented this property. Also, the pictures in the listing showed a nice patio table and chairs, beach chairs. lounge chairs, grill and tv. The only seating outside was 2 picnic tables, there was not a tv, the grill did not work and only had 1 beach chair (the owner did bring beach chairs over after I contacted him).

I tried to change the dates of my stay in every way possible. VRBO agent was helpful rebooking me, but needed to hear back from the host to confirm. I heard nothing from the host. I called the host number and a woman answered and said her husband was out of the country returning that day and he would get back to me. He never did. I called multiple times and never gor an answer to my messages. Never saw property so my low ratings are because I never saw the property. However, I was not happy at all with the lack of host communication

Perfect Spot

Everything was perfect for our short 4 day stay in Siesta Key. We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and looking for something private that accepted pets and close to the beach.. and shops and restaurant, bars etc
 The house had two bathrooms, both with great showers and a very large and comfortable living area. 2 refrigerators and a large dining area. Beach access directly across the street. The downtown “Village” was about 1 mile and a 1-2 minute car ride if you don’t want to walk. Next year I’ll be booking this same property if possible. It was perfect for us.
