This unit features stunning upgraded kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances including full stove, microwave, fridge with icemaker and dishwasher, granite waterfall countertops and extra deep Blanco sink. Amenities at Riverside Club include, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, marina, fishing piers and boat slips for rent. What a wonderful place! Lovely screened lanai with water views of boats coming and going. Very quiet, comfortable bed, lots of extra owner touches. Would love to stay here again sometime.

We have stayed at Riverside club many times previous to this trip. Everything was just as we expected… Perfect! Our host did an amazing job at providing things that we have had to purchase previously. Everything we needed… Trash bags, paper plates, etc. was provided!

Location is great. Beautiful condo and very clean. Can walk to restaurants and lots of live music close by. Only issue was shower. Water pressure is strong, but hot water runs out very quickly.

Our stay at Marco Island, Florida

This was our second year in Marco at this great property. We were not disappointed. It’s a very quiet and relaxing property to stay at. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. We used the pool and the grilling area almost every day. Everything we needed was very close and easy to get to. Love the area!!

Fabulous!

This is our second time renting this condo. We very much enjoy the location of Riverside and all its amenities. The condo was clean, well appointed, and a great location to everything. It overlooks the pool, so there’s always a lot of activity. We really can’t comment on the interaction with the owners since we had no reason to contact them. Which is always a good thing, right?

Get Away

What a great place. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything you need for a great vacation. Walking distance to restaurants and close to other stores. Extremely responsive host. Can’t go wrong with Riverside club.

The condo is gorgeous with great views. Close to many great restaurants, shopping, urgent care/ER, churches etc. Fortunately the cool weather warmed up nicely early in the week, as well as the pool temperature. The complex was quiet, and everyone very friendly! Would love to stay here again if we have the opportunity!

Highly Recommend- excellent hosts and property

The hosts are excellent. Went above and beyond in so many ways and had many great tips on good spots to explore on Marco Island. The condo was immaculate with a well stocked kitchen, bathroom and everything we needed for the stay. Riverside Club has excellent amenities from pools to hot tubs -- plus very relaxing drinking wine each evening on the lanai overlooking the water. Also close to Everglades for air boat adventure. Warm, sunny weather even at the beginning of January.

Great Choice!

My husband and I had a great two weeks on Marco Island. It was our first visit and it didn't disappoint. We took advantage of all there was to do in the area up to, and including, Naples and Fort Meyers, and it was always nice to come back to a clean and well-appointed condo. It was enjoyable and relaxing to have the option to cook and eat breakfasts and sip coffee on the screened porch overlooking the pool and boat dock. We highly recommend.

Riverside Retreat

Rob and Wendy were extremely accommodating. They responded to every one of our questions immediately. They made our experience regarding check in and check out very easy. The condo is beautiful decorated and has been completely updated. We enjoyed the wonderful view , especially the boat traffic on the Marco River. Lovely Condo at Riverside Club

This condo has all the updates you would want and is beautifully appointed. Everything you would want/need in your kitchen. It was nice to have a few staples supplied such as salt/pepper and cooking oil in order to cook the occasional breakfasts. The updated bathroom and shower had plenty of room/storage. We love the area around Riverside Club and we walked to most dinners, including Esplanade and Speak Easy. Snook Inn and Smith House are easy walks. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the boat traffic...very quiet and relaxing. Wendy and Robert were great hosts and replied to our questions in a very timely manner. We plan to stay again next year!

That Palm tree!!!

The condo is very nicely done & very clean. Well stocked with all linens. Loved the shower, wish we had water pressure like that at home. The bathroom like all the other bathrooms at Riverside that we’ve rented is small, but doable for a short time. The sofa bed left a lot to be desired, but then what sofa bed hasn’t, the king bed was delicious after a day in the fresh air. The kitchen like all the others we rented save for one, was a challenge to work in, there isn’t much counter space to begin then add the stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils & bric-a-brac… but again, it’s ok for a short time. And then there’s the 4 story tall palm tree right in front of the lanai, which is where we (&most everyone else) spends a lot of time; so When we reviewed the listing, we knew the tree was there but , we were hoping the picture had been taken from above the lanai level or has been recently planted and still growing, alas it was full grown & right there at my short stature(5’3”) level which blocked the view of most things beyond the pool, obviously not the owners fault & probably nothing they can do about it. This was our 6th time renting at Riverside, it was nice to FINALLY see the building painted & the grounds cleaned up, hopefully if we rent again, they’ll have the elevator in B building fixed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and spacious, with new appliances. We loved the screened in balcony overlooking the pool. The grounds surrounding the complex were beautifully maintained. Check in was a breeze! We were thrilled to see dolphins as we walked out of our condo. We are definitely planning on a return visit.

We are a retired southwestern Ontario couple with 6 grown children that have been part time residents of Marco Island for over 30 years. We love the weather and atmosphere of this beautiful oasis and our family enjoys time on the island as much as possible. We own a home on the Island so are there frequently as well as we have extremely reliable staff to assist us with our rentals when we are not on Marco. I am happy to help research things or places you may want to visit while vacationing on Marco Island, just email me and I will do my best to answer any inquiries on local attractions, restaurants, bike rentals, beaches, shopping, etc. If you have any special requests, please ask and I will see if I am able to accommodate you .. we really want you to enjoy the Marco Island experience as much as we have for the past 30 years!

This gorgeous unit has just been totally renovated with top of the line finishes and appliances - very comfortable living quarters and you will find everything you need for an enjoyable stay on the island. The view from relaxing on the lanai of the boats and water is my favorite part of this property, not to mention the pools, spas, BBQ area and boat marina all right on the property, just steps away!

This unit is in walking distance to many local attractions - the famous "SNOOK INN", waterfront dining, Rose Marina, Island Bike Shop, unique shopping - you name it - its all just a nice stroll away from this unit. Extremely safe area!
