Perfect for a quick stay before our cruise. There were restaurants nearby which is great if you are using Uber.

The house was not very clean, and the neighborhood wasn't great. Also, the tv in the living room didnt work, so we couldn't really watch anything as a family.

This unit was sufficient for the short stay that we needed. It's in a kind of sketchy neighborhood but the people we spoke to were nice, mostly Spanish speaking though. We got into the unit easily. We had to have an extra large vehicle take us from the airport bec we had 6 people and a lot of luggage, with that being said we had to unload in the alley which was very unkept and trash everywhere. Did like that the facility was fenced though even though it was open to anyone. Since we didn't have a vehicle, we had Uber eats delivery food and Target same day delivery which was nice. Kitchen was small but it was all we needed since we were only there for 19 hrs. There are Roosters outside and they will wake you up early, just fyi. Overall, stay was fine for a short time.

Clean, spacious, affordable and a great location. My family and I enjoyed our stay in this property. Even though the neighborhood seems sketchy we felt safe and secure. Will definitely book again!

Family Stay at Wynnewood

This is our second time staying at this property. We actually rented both properties to use prior to our cruise. Both properties were very clean and just enough space for the family to not feel cramped. One suggestion
.possibity of supplying ice and maybe bottles of water.

Cozy and easy walk to all you need

The house was clean and very welcoming. It was exactly as described and very comfortable for a family of 5. We had convenience stores, restaurants and fun places well within walking distance! It was a lively area that had so many options to choose from! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

We really liked the location as it was close to Wynwood and about 20 minutes away to everywhere else we wanted to go. Checking in was super easy. Parking wasn’t issue at all. We would definitely rent this spot again! Thank You

Unsafe- Questionable Area

We checked in late Wednesday night due to a late flight for a cruise the great morning. Very sketchy neighborhood. House across the street was completely covered in plastic for some type of infestation. Tennis shoes on power lines, roosters all over making noises all night long. We barely slept including planes going right over the house. The house is very small. Worked for us 6 for one night but couldn’t all sit together in living area. Steel exterior bars on all windows. Lyft told us not to walk anywhere after dark in this location. Definitely need extra pillows as one per person wasn’t enough as flat as they were. A/C leaked all over the floor, leaving a puddle. The owner seemed nice and responsive but wouldn’t stay at this location again. Doesn’t seem safe.

I thought this was a very nice place to stay. I have seen many reviews with complaints regarding the area, noise, etc. However, I cannot fault the property based on location. It is in Miami and it’s near an airport, but I knew this when I chose the area. It was very clean, the washer and dryer was a great convenience for my family as we took a trip to the beach and had to get ready for our upcoming cruise in the morning. Being able to wash and dry all of our wet clothes was a major plus. Despite the airport being nearby, we all slept very good and there was no disturbances for us. While there the internet had an outage but the property manager was quick to communicate this with me by reaching to me before I even brought it to her attention. I highly recommend and would choose the rental again!!

DO NOT STAY HERE

This listing is completely inaccurate and I’m floored that it has a 4.5 stars. I booked this place for two nights and upon arriving in the neighborhood I knew we had to find a new place to stay immediately! The neighborhood was filthy, unsafe and loud. Low flying airplanes going overhead 24/7, roosters in the yard that wake you up at 3am, bars on all the windows
 the list goes on. We made it through the first night with no sleep and booked a hotel for the second night. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!
