Steinhatchee’s newest and most modern vacation home. Brand new two story coastal home, nestled in a gated community called Jena Jubilee. This new home is located on the Steinhatchee River across from River Haven Marina. Boasts two master suites, plus three lovely guest rooms. 5 Bedrooms, 5-1/2 Baths in all. Private dock with private covered boat slip. Screened in gaming area, ice machine and fire pit on ground level. Three beautiful screened in balconies. Private clubhouse with outdoor kitchen and pool. Card/poker room with nice gaming table. Ping pong, foosball, darts, and corn hole in the gaming area. Bath porch cooking area with 2 grills and outdoor cookers for your use. Newley re-landscaped and looking beautiful for the season.
Please note: There are security cameras on the front and back of the property for your safety, the check in check out in structure will be given in the morning of arrival day.

Great house

We had a great time. Jennifer was easy to get a hold of for a question we had upon entering. The house was super clean. We loved the location and the 5 bathrooms. The ice machine wasn’t there due to the hurricane so we had to make few trips out for ice but other than that I would definitely recommend this house.

Ladie's Fishing Weekend

The house is perfect for our group of 10 ladies 50 as each bedroom had its own bathroom, the living room area was roomy, and the kitchen was nicely equipped.The lower floor of the house had not been cleaned, so we did not spend any time on the porches or the game area.Communication with Jennifer was very good. We enjoyed our stay!

Family Scalloping

The house was beautiful and very roomy for our 12 family members. There was a bathroom in every room and the two balconies were screened in plus the short walk to the dock where we kept our boat. The weather for the week was perfect for scalloping and we achieved our limit in scallops each day, we will be back and will rent this house again

Scalloping weekend

This is a beautiful house. Lots of bathrooms made it easy for everyone. Beds were clean and comfortable. Enough dishes also !! Super convenient to get to the marina. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic vacation home for large groups.

Enjoyed scalloping with three families and two boats. Cooked all our meals in well equipped kitchen and slept well in large and comfortable bedrooms. Quick walk to dock and close to all Steinhatchee has to offer.

Scalloping

Great home with lots of bed and bedrooms. We had an incredible time scalloping and were easily able to store our boat at the neighborhood dock during our stay.

Perfect Vacation Rental

This far exceeded our expectations. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, there was plenty of space for the 11 of us. Having a cart to load the boat was helpful and having the ice machine was a game changer. We will be back!

Nice place but spent 2 of our 3 days without AC and no compensation for the inconvenience. Nice place but very disappointed about the AC and just a sorry for the inconvenience.

We have been visiting, fishing, and scalloping in Steinhatchee since 2008. We raised our children fishing and scalloping in Steinhatchee. We are hard working folks that saved our money and invested it in a dream vacation home that we always wanted, for our family and yours to enjoy.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the small town which is truly one of the last "old Florida" experiences out there. The locals are friendly and welcoming, and we have made many friends there over the years. The fishing here is world class, with some of Florida's largest remaining grass flats. The scalloping in Steinhatchee has always been know to be the best in Florida hands down because of these same grass flats. We built this home to be our vacation home, and that personal touch really comes through. We offer 5 bedrooms with 5-1/2 baths. This is unheard of in Steinhatchee, and eliminates the 1-2 hour wait for all members of the party to shower after a long day on the water. Everyone having their own bathroom is awesome.

Right on the Steinhatchee river, in a prime spot across from River Haven marina. Quiet, beautiful view, nice neighbors, gated and safe community. Secluded from the craziness by the larger marinas, great pool to enjoy, great covered dock, beautiful landscaping, with large oak canopies adjacent.
