An open concept condo brings your traveling companions together, but there is ample room for separation when privacy is desired for the telecommuter, student, or introvert! The generous walk-in closet is stocked with ready-to-go beach necessities for an afternoon of play, or taking in the dramatic sunsets on Naples Pier (just1.8 miles away).

Be aware that you renting our family condo and will be sharing the complex with permanent residents, who appreciate courteous neighbors.
Renters must read the Beau Mer Rules and Regulations booklet and follow posted rules in the complex. Booklet is in the kitchen wire basket holder.
Beau Mer Association does not allow trucks on site. You will be fined if caught. There is off street parking for trucks.

GREAT CONDO IN GREAT LOCATION
A newly updated condo that is ideally located. This unit is furnished better than any other VRBO that we have stayed in. It has all the comforts of home, including an electric recliner that was great for watching some of the Oplympics. The heated pool and hot tub are wonderful and the pool area is a great place to sit in a lounge chair and read a book. Our favorite thing about Beau Mer is that you can walk to about 60 different restaurants. The dining choices are endless. Thanks Maria and Joe for a great place to stay! We'll be back.

Outstanding Condo
This condo had everything for the best vacation experience. I was so impressed that Maria had thought of everything from making sure we had coffee , body wash , shampoo, laundry detergent, paper products and much more. Condo was extremely clean and well decorated. Location to 5th Ave with great restaurants and close to the beach. I will be renting this condo again Me and my husband were both impressed with this condo. MaryAnn

Perfect location for seeing and doing!
This property is perfect for anyone who wants to see and do the activities in south Florida from a central location. Going north Is an easy drive to Bonita, Estero, Ft Myers, Sanibel and Captiva; Equally easy going east to Marco, Everglades City, Miami and Lauderdale. Naples is beautiful, condo is 10 minutes to beautiful beaches, super-clean and well-equipped. Pool and hot tub are great at the end of a busy day. Would gladly stay here again, and the owner was always accessible, friendly and helpful!
