Le bâtiment Ingram est situé au 720, 5e avenue sud, au cœur du vieux Naples, au milieu du quartier des divertissements et des restaurants. Notre immeuble se compose de sept résidences exclusives et privées au troisième étage avec balcon donnant sur la 5e avenue, le parc Cambier, le centre d'art Von Liebig et le théâtre Sugdon. Des plages de sable blanc immaculées et certains des meilleurs restaurants et magasins de Floride sont à votre porte. Nos sept résidences d'hôtes uniques ont toutes des sols en merisier brésilien exotique, des portes en acajou massif et des armoires avec des comptoirs en granit. Chaque résidence est meublée d'antiquités et de tapis persans et dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Toutes les résidences ont une buanderie complète avec laveuse et sécheuse. Notre piscine privée et chauffée située au deuxième étage, est disponible pour nos quêtes. Ingram Building propose également une connexion Internet par câble et sans fil. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale de chaque unité. Le stationnement pour les résidents est situé du côté du parc Cambier de l'immeuble, près de l'ascenseur et des escaliers. L'entrée de la 5e Avenue dispose également d'un ascenseur avec accès réservé aux résidents des appartements du 3e étage. Cette unité est d'environ 1100 pieds carrés avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une buanderie et tous les draps sont inclus.

Fantastic apartment

The hosts are easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was going well. The balcony overlooking 5th ave was amazing - great for an evening drink and app while people watching. Rooftop heated pool was wonderful for a relaxing afternoon. Location walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beach. Parking spot was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous Location

The unit is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher, double oven, fridge with ice maker. Both bedrooms had very comfortable king sized beds. Rooms have plenty of storage. Can’t beat the location. Walk to shopping, restaurants and parks. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available for use as well as a washer and dryer. Owners were very responsive to any questions.

10 Days in Paradise

Our first time in the Naples area. We were looking for something cute, comfortable and central as we explored the area and most importantly close to the beach. This place didn’t disappoint. The apartment is beautiful and felt like home immediately. The apartment had everything we needed and very well furnished. For most of our 10 days we didn’t need a car. The location is perfect walking distance to shops restaurant and beach. We loved it so much we are going back for sure.

Nice Location

Overall we had a good stay in Downtown Naples. The location of the property was great. Right downtown and easy to walk to all great places to eat, shop and walk to the beach. The problem with the condo was the furniture and the light. The only outside light comes the back french doors that open to a view of the trash dumpster that all the restaurants use as well as the folks that stay in the condos on the street. Not what I want to see when I get up in the morning and want to have a cup of coffee on the back patio. The beds were very comfortable however the furniture in the family room were not comfortable at all and we found ourselves sitting at the dinning room table to watch television. There were picture hooks on the wall as if someone had taken pictures off the wall and forgot to replace them. Just not what I expected from furniture stand point. Overall I would give the place another look, if I could get a unit that faced the street.

Easy access to everything Naples has to offer.

The condo is modern and the appliances are all new-ish. It has everything you need including a washer and dryer. I wish I had the hardwood floors, which are done in Brazilian Cherry, in my house. So it's a nice place. In addition to being a nice place to stay, the convenience of being directly on 5th Avenue makes this our go to place in Naples. Within a five minute walk there are lots of places to eat and the beach is only about a half mile away. We had a great stay!

Owner Dan is extremely helpful. The condo is relaxing, clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful getaway to Naples downtown and beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time in downtown Naples

When we checked in to our two bedroom apartment we were expecting to find a sofa bed for one of our teenagers to use. This was based upon the pictures in the listing and our correspondence with Dan the property manager. Dan said that there had been a sofa sleeper in there but had been removed. Dan apologized and then said that another apartment across the hall was open and he would move us over there. He moved us to a three bedroom apartment at no additional cost! That's about as good as it gets for service, so kudos to Dan. The apartment was nicely furnished with mostly antiques, however, it has all the modern conveniences including a washer/dryer. Everything is clean and in excellent repair. Walking out the front door of the building Starbucks is about 100 feet to the right and our favorite breakfast place was about a block the other way. There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance which is really convenient. We are going to be staying here for three weeks in February 2019 and we are looking forward to it .

Great location!

We had wonderful staying here. The building is right on 5th Ave among the restaurants, and easily walking distance to beach. The apartment has everything you need. Manager Dan is a great guy, very responsive and gracious. Will definitely recommend this place.

Great spot we loved the location close to everything!

The location was perfect right dead in the center of town and just a short walk to the beach. So nice being able to walk less then a block to great coffee shops restaurants and a beautiful park. Dan was a perfect host making sure we had everything we needed.
