Property was beautiful with every amenity. Very clean with everything you would possibly need.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was so nice it was hard to leave. Swimming, hot tub, outdoor grill, bicycles, kayaks, fishing and just looking at the infinity pool with the blue lights at night. Nice quiet area and easily accessible to close-by grocery stores and restaurants. Sigrid made sure everything went well and did a fantastic job! We would definitely recommend this fine home.

Fantastic

We had 3 couples in this home for a week and we could not have been happier. The rooms offered privacy and luxury. The pool area was clean and spacious. The grill was large and easy to operate and clean. The outdoor living and dining area was a space we used everyday and we loved it. Check in and check out was smooth. Mike was a great communicator and wonderful to deal with as the manager. I would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone wanting to get away with family and/or friends to their own private resort. My husband and I rented this home for two weeks. My sister and her husband joined us the second week. We have been "snow-birding" in the Cape Coral area for several years now and this by far is one of our favorite homes that we have rented. This beautiful home has a fantastic open floor plan with extra high ceilings and absolutely spectacular, private and relaxing views. At the "Spreader Pearl" house, the indoors and outdoors magnificently become one space as the boats go by and sea breeze washes over you. We were able to watch the sunset every evening from the comfort of the large lanai. The warmth of the saltwater pool and the hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed. We also enjoyed the large deck and dock where we keep our boat. This location is convenient for boaters to enjoy and easily get out to the sea. The kitchen was lovely and had very nice finishes. It was well stocked with supplies and essentials. There was also a nice size walk-in pantry. We are cooks and rarely went out to dinner as we enjoyed meals of locally sourced ingredients at the lanai dining area. The outdoor kitchen was a delight to BBQ on!We were comfortable in the well-appointed bedrooms with large walk-in closets and beautiful bathrooms! Spreader Pearl was clean, comfortable and fabulous.House management team were easy to communicate with and took very good care of us!!Thank you, Spreader Pearl!!

The only thing that i did not like is that i paid good money to stay here to only have a electric charge tact on at the end . I have stay in one that cost more and they did not do this just charge what you need to charge so they are no more surprise.

Beautiful!!

The house was wonderful! Perfect for our family of 8 plus a toddler. The shallow area of the pool worked out well for the little one. Plenty of room to stretch out. Everyone in the area was polite while out walking. Would definitely come back!

The most incredible stay EVER

This house, overall feel and space, has been the nicest VRBO house we’ve stayed in EVER! The pictures don’t begin to tell you how pampered and yet at home you’ll feel here! It’s location allows for beautiful sunsets- it’s so nice you won’t want to leave.

COUPLES' TRIP PARADISE

This home far exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect property for a couples' trip. We utilized every inch of it. We cooked most meals here with the kitchen fully loaded with the comforts of home and the outside grill was awesome. The meetup spot was definitely the spa. Wonderful stay in Cape Coral!

We had a fantastic vacation in Cape Coral. The house is clean, spacious, well organized and had all the towels and kitchen items we needed. The pool, spa and setting allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Heidi was wonderful to work with, as was Sigrid, the property manager. Both answered any questions that I had and were very helpful.

Outstanding

As a group who has traveled to the Cape Coral area for over 20 years, we aren’t easily impressed but this house blew us all away. The property manager greeted us upon arrival and was attentive throughout our stay. The amenities this VRBO has to offer (kayaks, bikes, pool table, etc) were above and beyond anywhere we have stayed before. We spent the majority of our time in the patio/pool area! The house itself is absolutely gorgeous and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into decorating and creating entertainment areas. We cannot think of a single thing that could’ve been done better. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We will be back.

Absolutely Perfect house and location!

This very modern 4 bedroom home is spectacular! The pool and spa worked perfect and easily managed. The dock and kayak's were so much fun and the outdoor kitchen was so useful! The street in front of the house is a caldisac and very quiet. 5 star for sure but would give it way more!

Great contemporary home on the canal

We really loved this home. Very clean and contemporary. Super nice pool and hot tub with a view of the canal and mangroves. Very quiet and private.....just people on boats going by but otherwise felt like our own quiet paradise. Close to fun and food. Highly reommended if you want Cape Coral.

This villa is amazing! It was perfect for us and has everything you would ever need. We loved it!!!

The villa was extremely clean and impressively decorated yet felt comfortable and homey. It is well appointed with anything you would need and is a perfect place for family and/or friends. We will definitely make reservations to come back because thanks to the comfort and amenities of this villa we had one of the best vacations of our life!! We highly recommend this lovely villa to everyone!! The location is ideal and the neighborhood quiet and friendly. It literally felt like a second home for us after only a week. Are only regret is we wish we had booked it for 2 weeks instead on just 1!! All you need are your clothes and groceries and everything else is provided with some special perks like the third story crows nest, the super large grill & bar, and the pool was exquisite one of the cleanest pools I have ever seen; plus cool night lighting and a built-in outdoor speaker system to play your favorite music on. The game room area and the additional 3 balconies also were enjoyable amenities. You cannot go wrong with the property at all!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you!! Dance Schoen!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this property on a mini vacation with our two adult girls. This home checked all the boxes for us. It was super clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and effortless. The property manager and owners were kind and very responsive throughout our stay. The home itself was modern and had great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor barbecue area was a nice entertaining area for the family. My husband and I had the pleasure of spending numerous mornings on the dock having our morning coffee while the kids were still asleep. In the evenings, we would ride the provided bicycles and during the daytime, we would kayak or fish off the dock in the backyard. Mostly though, our family spent the days just lounging by the beautiful pool and spa. I should also mention that we had the option of renting our own boat during our stay which would be a nice addition to any vacation. Due to COVID 19, the family elected to not venture out too much but we still had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there again in the future.

More beautiful in person if that's possible!

We had three couples for 10 days over January. We loved every minute of our time at the house! We booked for next year we loved it so much. We rented a boat from Captain Manni's Executive Boat Rentals And we met him at the marina and he drove the boat to the house and then picked it up a week later. It's was fantastic! The pool is incredible and everyone loved their rooms and everything about the home.
