Rêve de Maui - Penthouse rénové avec vue sur l'océan, à deux pas d'une plage de classe mondiale

Venez séjourner dans notre maison de rêve rénovée à Maui !

Emplacement exceptionnel, juste en face de Charley Young Beach (à côté de Kama'ole 1), une magnifique plage de Maui idéale pour la baignade et la plongée avec tuba. L'appartement offre une vue sur l'océan depuis sa véranda. Charley Young Beach se trouve juste de l'autre côté de la rue.

Notre appartement se trouve au dernier (4e) étage du bâtiment n° 1 et constitue l’une des suites les plus spacieuses et les plus agréables du complexe Maui Vista. Comme il est situé dans le premier des trois bâtiments, il offre la meilleure vue sur l’océan et la piscine de tout le complexe, ainsi qu’une grande intimité, car il est situé près de l’extrémité du bâtiment. Profitez du coucher de soleil depuis le balcon « Lanai » avant de vous détendre dans notre jacuzzi romantique. L'appartement est climatisé, dispose de deux douches, de toutes les commodités habituelles, ainsi que d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, avec une crédence moderne, des plans de travail en granit, une cuisinière en inox, un évier et un lave-vaisselle.

Nous avons choisi l’emplacement de Kihei/Wailea car il bénéficie d’un ensoleillement supérieur à la plupart des régions de Maui (certaines parties de l’île peuvent en effet être assez pluvieuses !). Kihei bénéficie également d’une situation centrale, ce qui vous permet de vous rendre facilement à Wailea pour faire du shopping et découvrir ses restaurants, à Lahaina (côté ouest) ou sur la côte nord (idéale pour les sports nautiques). Kahului (où se trouve l’aéroport) n’est qu’à 15-20 minutes. C’est également de là que vous partirez pour Hana si vous souhaitez explorer la côte est, plus sauvage, de l’île. Ou bien sûr, vous pouvez simplement rester à Kihei et profiter de toutes ses commodités. Supermarchés, restaurants, bars, parcours de golf et bien d’autres choses encore sont tous accessibles à pied. Et la plage se trouve juste en face, à seulement 2 minutes à pied !

Lovely stay in Kihei

This condo is in a great location and sparkling clean. We loved having our coffee while watching the sunrise, being able to walk across the street for sunset at Charley Young Beach, and within walking distance of food, coffee and shopping. A perfect base for exploring Maui and we'd love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much, good location in downtown Kihei. Comfortable beds, well stocked with blankets and towels. Kitchen was very nice. Washer and dryer in unit and all kinds of beach and tennis equipment.

We loved this unit, it was clean, awesome view, the kitchen is renovated but most importantly its close to the beach - Charley Young. We were in Maui for two weeks & this condo was convenient to shops, restaurant & ABC’s stores! Ellen is fast to respond to any questions & very helpful. We’d stay here again!!

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed here with our 7 year old kids and had a great time. The home was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and with linens. The beach gear available was a big plus! The grounds of the condo are nice as well and we enjoyed cooling off at the pool in the evenings. Parking was never an issue. And the condo is conveniently located in South Kihei.

Convient location!

Family of 5 had a great time in Maui. We enjoyed the snorkeling at "Turtle Beach" only 15 min. drive from the apartment complex and played tennis every day. First trip to beach only 5 min walk away and we saw a big old sea turtle. Perfect place for 4 people. The sleeper sofa in living room not very comfortable otherwise great place.

You can't beat the location. We wouldn't change a thing.

This was my second trip to Maui Vista and the first stay in unit 1402. The listing is accurate, the owners very helpful in advance and we had a very special family vacation. I wish I could give a unique insight. Just know that the collective reviews paint a great picture is this property. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Very nice place, host very responsive

Place was quite nice and clean, bed comfortable, has everything you would want if you want to make a meal but we opted to eat out instead. Host was responsive to email and questions. We didn't know if we could make the Road to Hana trip from this location, but if you get up early enough (7am start for us) should be able to cover most of the great places in one day. Beach is a walk across the street.

Maui is always a good vacation

This condo worked well for our purposes. The location right across from Charlie Young beach makes it perfect. The only thing that would have made it better, would have been better AC units. It was quite warm while we were there. The owners were pleasant to deal with and accommodating. Janice, the point of contact in Kihei, was more than accommodating. She really made our stay very nice.

We had such a great time at your condo Ellen. The access to the beach across the street was fantastic and was most likely our favorite beach on the West side. It was great to walk to the shops and bars so as not to drive in the evening. The beach chairs, umbrella and frisbee were used every day! We will definitely be back.

Extremely nice unit in Maui Vista

We were there for 6 days our stay was very good, the views from the lanai were amazing the property owner Yelena was exceptional we did find couple issues and she take care right away, the condominium has everything to feel like home, kitchen utensils and also has beach toys chairs and umbrella which was very helpful on our stay and the beach was right across the street from our unit definitely we would stay here on our futures trip to Maui and I will strongly recommend this place to friends and family.

The condo was clean, neat and contained all the needed basics. Only a walk from the beach and beautiful views. Property manager was very responsive as the door lock has a couple issues. My only suggestion is better AC. It did work but it’s barely hanging on. Thank you we had a great trip

Great centrally located and comfortable accomodation

The condominium was perfectly described. The beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for my husband, young son and me. Plenty of television stations, so my European born husband could watch the UEFA Euro Cup soccer matches. Loved the fact that it is located directly across from Charley Young beach, which we enjoyed nearly every day. Many fantastic restaurants a short drive or walk away. Ellen was very good at responding quickly to any questions from me and was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early as we had an early arrival time. We enjoyed our visit very much and would stay here again.

Kihei was the perfect location for our stay

We enjoyed the location of this condo immensely. Our plan was to see alot of Maui and the Kihei was central and afforded day trip travel limited time to get to destinations each day. The condo has free phone service to Canada and the US as well as WIFI which were important features for us. Access to the beach was just a 2 minute walk the Charles Young Beach and this beach is a beauty. Our teenage kids loved the rollerskating 3 nights a week right on the ocean just down from the condo and the bay where surfing and paddleboarding lessons tooks place was just a 5 minute walk. A perfect spot for those looking for a 2 bedroom at an affordable price which is not an easy find on Maui

Maui Vista #1402

We just arrived back home from an 18 day stay in this condo unit. From what I understand from the owner, we are their first repeat customers since they took ownership and I would not hesitate to stay there again. She is a sweetheart to work with. The Condo has everything you need including 6 beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets (There are 3 courts in the complex), umbrellas for on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The Blender was used daily for our Pina Coladas. Our son and his Wife joined us for a week and with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, we had plenty of room. It is very central and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grocery store. Charley Young Beach is directly across the road and is our favorite of the 3 beaches across from the condo. The Views of the sunset are amazing from the Lanai. The complex itself is very well maintained. BBQ's are cleaned every day, pool is cleaned every morning and all chairs and tables around the pools are washed down. The complex is also very quiet. This condo is an end unit so it is extremely quiet and you don't get any late arrivals wheeling luggage past your window if you are a light sleeper. When we return again to Maui, we would definitely lease from these owners again

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our favorite Maui beach is directly across the street, less than 100 yards away. We have tons of restaurants, bars and shops, including a grocery store, within walking distance. Other Maui attractions (such as the North Shore, which we visit a lot, or Lahaina, and many others) are not far, since Kihei is centrally located. The airport is nearby. Kihei is also sunnier than other parts of Maui - it actually rains a lot in some parts of Maui!
