Located in northern Surf City, "Top of the 9th" sits at the top of a quiet residential street. Less than a 2min walk under palm trees to the beach, the home boasts:

The space:
Located just north of downtown Surf City, Top of the 9th is within walking distance to three beach bars/restaurants for anyone looking for some weekend night life. It’s also an easy 5 minute ride to downtown Surf City which has many shops, galleries, and restaurants. There is a public park, several piers/seafood shops, ice cream shops, and beautiful walking trails as well.

Topsail Island is a beautiful, family friendly barrier island located about 40 minutes outside of Wilmington, NC. The beaches are clean, expansive and uncrowded. Surf City began as a small fishing village and even as it’s grown to now include a variety of small shops and restaurants, it has not lost its heart. Surfers flock to downtown Surf City where they enjoy catching tasty waves near the pier. Fishermen enjoy the bounty that comes from the sea and sound. Come enjoy all Topsail has to offer!

Perfect home!
We were so impressed with this home! From its stunning decor to how it had everything we needed like games, beach supplies, and comfortable mattresses, we couldn’t ask for more! The location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to multiple restaurants. The sidewalks made beach access easy. The porches and balconies around the home have spectacular views of the ocean and sound. It was a great experience! Would highly recommend!

Friends and family vacation
This house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The location was great, 2 minute walk to beach. Local bar and restaurants were great and very convenient. We loved our stay and would love to come back again!

Beautiful home
This is a beautiful home. It is roomy, functional, exceptionally clean, accessible to the beach and includes many amenities. We had six adults and 2 small children. The living room/kitchen was comfortable for everyone to gather and then retire to the bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. The deckviews were beautiful. Will definitely re-book upon another visit. Exceeded expectations.

Nice house …everything you need for a great vacation at the beach. Even shorter walk to beach than I was anticipating. Everything was clean plenty of kitchen stuff and beach stuff at the house.

Great vacation rental
This was a great home to stay in. We had 6 adults and two preteens and everyone had a very nice time. Everything in the home was just as described on the listing. There was more than enough room for all 8 of us. Good location in reference to the beach (5 minutes) and close enough to restaurants and shops. Overall, excellent rental! Thank you.

Beautiful clean property. Excellent hosts.
This place was fabulous. Very clean and stylish with everything we needed. In a great location, short walk to beach. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful after our red eye flight, letting us know when the house was ready for check in. Great communication. Comfortable for our family of 9, ages 1-70. The elevator was great for those who had difficulty with the stairs. The balconies were great for those who wanted quiet time during the day. Booster chair for the 1 year old was perfect for her to sit at the counter. The beach stuff available for guest use (chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards/sand toys) allowed fun in the sun and surf for all ages. Outdoor shower and hose kept the sand outside. Internet was fast and stable, with our 10 external devices and 4 TVs all streaming simultaneously. The welcome basket was a sweet gesture. Would definitely stay here again!
