The house was beautiful and very thoughtfully supplied for cooking. The swim spa was amazing. My kids had a lot of fun at the boat dock as well! The street leading to the house was great for walks and the location was perfect. Will visit again! Communication was also incredible!

Amazing get away

We loved this spot! Plenty of room for our family with so many nice extras. The dock is beautiful and also had so many extras! The kayaks were a hit. The lake is beautiful. We want to go back next year. Our hosts were very responsive to us. Feeling so thankful for the family time!

Fantastic Fun!

The property was spectacular with the pool, kayak, open-concept rooms, gorgeous sunroom, and of course the bunk beds! Our entire family loved our experience here and we are dying to come back ASAP;)

Absolutely loved our stay and overall experience with this property and host! The house is absolutely beautiful! Communication with the host was fantastic with quick responses and great follow up. Awesome Family Vacation

My husband and I rented this house for our daughters, their spouses and my four grandchildren. This property is even more beautiful in person. Had all the amenities and more. We had the best time hanging out on the dock and riding out on Lake Gaston. We had a memorable time and would love to do it again.

Lovely house on the lake! Dock is amazing. Great for families

The house is lovely, spacious and the dock is absolutely wonderful. The home suited our grandparents plus 3 adult grown families and grandkids. The bunk room is so fun. Agree with other reviews about upgrading kitchen supplies to match the caliber of a luxury home but everything was still fine and usable. Water was about 4.5’ deep so use caution jumping off. Would stay again!!!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

Where do we begin?! From the home to the pier on the lake! AMAZING! We were able to dock our two boats and Fish off the pier, yes there is that much space! Kayaks provided. Easy access to amenities within the home, lake and home pool. Location of the home is perfect! The home was beautifully decorated and very modern! Highly recommend this VRBO! We hope to be back next year!

Modern Lakehouse

We had a great time at Lake Gaston staying at this amazing, beautifully built modern home. The kids room was a hit and it was hard to get my daughter to leave to enjoy the lake. The layout lends itself great for socializing in the common area. Location and Structure 5/5 Wi-Fi 1/5 - as other reviews stated the Wi-Fi was abysmal. The owners did provide a mifi but with 5 adults and a hungry iPad watching toddler it didn’t go far. I’m all for reconnecting with nature buuut we love to stream movies at night as family, which was impossible. I saw some new tech in the closets of the home so I’m hoping an upgrade is coming soon! Pool 1/5 one of the main reasons I booked this home is for the pool/hot tub combo so the smaller kids could go swimming. But it was just a hot tub/hot tub combo plus you couldn’t control the temp. With high outside temps, the hot tubs were unusable especially for children that are sensitive to water temps. This was pretty disappointing. Overall, we had a lovely time but this felt like a premium property but there were some premium amenities missing.

Both the Wi-Fi and hot tub/pool situation were discussed prior to your stay and we have since made improvements to both. The house is now equipped with Starlink satellite internet. Unfortunately, until recently, there were not any high-speed internet options in the area. We apologize this wasn't available during your stay. The hot tub/pool has also had work completed on it including new control panels. Even with these changes, we keep the hot tub/pool set to a certain range of temperature depending on the season. We recognize that during your stay it was not operational and we apologize for any inconvenience it caused. We are thankful for our renters who give us recommendations on how to make the property better and are always available before, during, and after your stay to address any issues.

Beautiful home

This house was beautiful. I loved the open floor plan and the natural lighting. The hot tub/pool was the perfect touch during our winter stay. Great communication with the hosts.

Great home for a family vacation on the lake. With two large masters; you can accommodate multiple families. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! And the kids room was amazing!

Great house, great for a family trip

The house was great for a family trip. It was very clean and came well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our family enjoyed the pool, the great patio area, the 2 kayaks, and the solo stove fire pit. We would highly recommend the place. The only two negatives are the WiFi was very spotty and the water by the dock was very shallow so not very swimmable right off the dock, but the pool made up for that as the kids loved it. The owner and the property manager are great and very responsive.

Perfect Post Pandemic Reunion

We had a great stay at this lake house. It was perfect for a trip reuniting with family after COVID. The owner was very responsive with any questions and welcomed us via text. We were three adult couples and an 18 month old. The house is beautiful and very child friendly. Not a lot of clutter or sharp corners, and plenty of space for our son to explore. The kids' room is awesome. Our son was too little to stay in it alone, but he loved playing in the fort (as did the adults)! The lay out allows for all together time and enough privacy for everyone to go to their separate corners when desired. Great outdoor space, and the extra large hot tub/Phelps pool was perfect for a little splash. The kayaks and lake access were great too. All bedrooms had bathrooms, and the open kitchen/dining/living area allowed us enough space to hang out inside on a stormy day without feeling cramped. The house is in a great location a short drive to the main downtown strip in Littleton with a great coffee shop, grocery store and cute small shops. My only suggestion to make it even more perfect would be to dial up the dining, serving and kitchen gear to match the quality of the beautiful kitchen. We hope to return next year!
