Our stay

Downtown and restaurants so close you could walk to them. Neighborhood very quiet and safe and property very clean. Would advise anyone checking to stay here; we would if back in the area!

Great place. Bast hamburgers in Eau Claire within walking distance. Only one minus, a long steep flight of stairs to carry your luggage.

Great place, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location can't be beat. It's in a lovely residential neighborhood and is walking distance to downtown, Water street, lots of parks etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Eau Claire Spot

We had a wonderful stay here. I cannot say enough positive things about the location. We parked when we arrived and didn’t have to move the vehicle for the rest of the stay. Everything in town, from campus, to parks, to the old downtown, was such an easy walk from the place.

Girls Weekend

Perfect location to walk to restaurants and college. Very clean and spacious rental with lots of sunshine. Appreciated having kleenex, extra blankets, coffee, and tin foil to use in the kitchen. Would stay there again!

Fabulous in all ways!

What a wonderful home! It was immaculate, comfortable and homey. Great attention to detail, in decor, layout and furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the bedding just right. The location was superb, both to the UWEC campus and downtown shops and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive. A wonderful place!

Spectacular all around.

My brother, my mom and myself stayed for 3 nights to attend Rock Fest in Cadott. The neighborhood was quiet, the apartment was clean and well kept and the home has history (along with multiple other homes in the area, go for a walk to check it out). We loved our stay! Thank you!

Nice historic home with a great location

We had a great time staying in this home and enjoying Eau Claire. It is within walking distance to many attractions. The walking trails along the river are nicely kept and a great convenience. The parking is great for a large group and the home has wonderful amenities including coffee pot/coffee, tea, crock pot, along with all the normal kitchen essentials. The beds are very comfortable and the home is well kept. I would stay here again if coming to Eau Claire.

College Reunion

Property was great! Close to downtown and campus. We had a great time walking to a couple breweries and checking out all the murals/sculptures in downtown. We toured campus, went to a winery close by and checked out Water street. The Graves Home was so clean, absolutely adorable and perfect for doing a little cooking and hanging out on the back porch. We had four of us and there’s plenty of space. Beds were really comfortable . We loved it! Thank you!

Family Wedding

The property was very spacious and homey. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the nice dining room table. It was great for family game night. I didn't realize that this particular property was upstairs, but we were nice and cozy with beautiful views of this historic neighborhood. It was nice to hear the church bells chime from the local Catholic Church. Loved the location, close to the river. We enjoyed a beautiful walk across the river and downtown with a little bit of snow. What a great way to enjoy beautiful Eau Claire!

Girlfriend Weekend

Three lifelong friends met in Eau Claire where we all spent our first year of college. The space was perfect. Very clean, well equipped, very spacious with comfy beds. Only one caveat. no blender but we managed...We opted for a package mix for our Hollandaise Sauce.

College friends reunion

This was the second time our group of college friends utilized this property for our get-together. It again proved to be the perfect place to stay and catch up. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a nice sized living room and dining room, and the kitchen is well stocked for preparing easy meals.. The unit was very clean. We will definitely stay here next time!!
