Cozy 1 bed 1 bath lower level updated apartment tucked into the side of a forested hill a short drive to the local hospitals and stores. You'll have a full kitchen with dishwasher, queen bed, laundry access on the same level, stores within walking distance, walking distance to the river trail and other biking/running trails. Cooking essentials, fast WiFi. It’s very easy to get to downtown Eau Claire or up to Lake Hallie and Chippewa Falls. The space is cozy and inviting and stocked with coffee for you to enjoy.

The host couple were awesome! This is our second stay at this lovely place. My wife and I travel for business to Eau Claire. It so warm, cozy, and welcoming. The hosts have made it well appointed. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had nice pans to cook in. The couch was comfy to watch tv. It was a wonderful stay!!

This location offers convenient access to downtown, shopping, trails, and parks. The quiet neighborhood and secluded yard proved equally restful and engaging - deer, rabbits, and birds routinely appeared in the backyard. The property feels secluded despite the neighborhood setting. I never heard a neighbor during my extensive visit to the region. Comfortable accommodations, a full kitchen, and a private bath made for an ideal extended stay. Friendly hosts James and Abby care about the guest experience. Extra touches like the outdoor chair, bird feeder, and grill only added to my time in Eau Claire. Be sure to visit Big Creek Falls Park (north entrance) and take the walking route over the downtown bridges. I thoroughly enjoyed kayaking on the river in nearby Chippawa Falls, too. Check out High Shore Supper Club on Lake Wissota! Staying here again to enjoy Autumn colors holds great appeal.

Perfect apartment in Northside Eau Claire

Great location with easy access to Hastings Road (53). Apartment is immaculate, beautifully decorated with comfort and calm decor. I slept so well, felt safe and s homey feeling. I highly recommend.

Great relaxing location

The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is amazingly picturesque. Its a quiet dark unlit street. The first night on our way back there was even a deer standing in the driveway to help show us the right spot. The owners were amazing and had helpful hints for places for breakfast.

Great basement aptmt!

I spent 10 weeks in Eau Claire for school -- chose a VRBO to save money. This little one bed, one bath basement apartment was so good! Great little kitchen to make your own meals in, quiet bedroom for sleeping, cozy living room for relaxing at night, and your own parking spot for convenience. The price was perfect. The hosts are so kind and respond to questions right away. I'm keeping it on my list for future visits to the area!!
