Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Nice stay at Sea Colony

Loved the community overall. Lots to do for the kids. The beach and pools are perfectly maintained and there is plenty of helpful staff. The large house we stayed in was just right for our family, but needs some care to bring it up to the otherwise excellent experience.

Family friendly plenty of room

My wife, me and my in-laws stayed at this house. We really were impressed by the amount of space and each room having its own bathroom. In addition the kitchen was fully stocked with cook and silverware. The fire place was great. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Nice vacation home

Our two families enjoyed staying at 53060 Lakeshore Place which had plenty of bedrooms, comfortable beds and bathrooms. It is especially great to have a master bedroom with a large bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. There is plenty or seating for both meals and socializing. It is nice to have a TV in all the rooms, but we struggled to understand all the remotes. We liked having a 2 car garage with some beach toys. The tram stops nearby making it easy to get to the beach. We liked having pools within walking distance to both the house and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was in a great location

We were very happy with being in close proximity to the tram stop and walking distance to the pool. Beds were comfortable and fit a number of people. I wish I had been able to use the screened in porch but it was very dirty and I wasn’t comfortable. Rest of the house was clean. Also a screen was ripped by the sliding door so we didn’t keep it open much because of that. Overall it was ok for our family, but not as nice as other places we’ve stayed in at Sea Colony. A little extra maintenance would improve it significantly.

Three generation family vacation

It was a pleasure to find a home that sleeps 12 also included kitchen ware, pots and pans, and everything else you could imagine 12 people might need to make a meal and eat! From the small appliances to the serving dishes to the multiple tables and chairs available, this house has it all. So many things we're used to bringing along were provided - dish soap and sponge, dishwasher liquid, dish towel, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues - all the "little" things were there to start our vacation. Furniture and bedding were all clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and roomy. Having a master on the first floor was perfect for us as grandparents with all the parents and grandkids upstairs. The pool toys and boogie boards in the garage were a nice surprise. The outdoor chairs were great. Tram stops being close by was a big plus. Our family would definitely book this property again and recommend it for a larger family looking for a place to gather at the beach!

Great property/ quiet neighborhood/ garage

We had a great week in this house. Loved having access to the 2 car garage as our family members come and go and we always end up with more than the 2 cars allowed by Sea Colony. Parking for the 2 cars with passes was convenient and easy right in the little courtyard formed by the other houses around the square. The Sea Colony Tram was very close. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there was always plenty of hot water. No hair dryers, but I brought my own anyway. The beds were very comfortable! A huge plus for us! The unit was cleaner than most beach rentals, though we still found a pair of shorts and underwear in a comforter and had to sweep the floor when we arrived. The kitchen had plenty of cups, glasses, silverware, plates and a nice set of pots and pans. And a Keurig plus a regular coffee pot. Really nice TV's in the family room and bedrooms. Plenty of seating, though 2 of the rockers were very squeaky. Probably the only thing that was disappointing was the outside seating areas. There are 2 small patios and a screened in porch on the main level and one deck upstairs. The lower level patios just had metal chairs and a table. The screened porch furniture had some cushions, but it just wasn't very comfortable. It would be nice to have a little blower to clean off the decks, but I suppose someone would steal it.

There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was adaquately equipped. We loved the two car garage. The showers/tubs need renovating. They all need to have mold removed and need to be recaulked. The gas grill did not work and the porch looked liked it has never been cleaned. The tv in the downstairs master bedroom did not work.

Calvert Tennis Ladies

I had a group of 10 tennis ladies and we had plenty of room to sleep comfortably and socialize together. The whole house was neat and clean and we had not a problem with bathroom time. The two car garage made it convenient for our three cars to stay close to our housing.

Nice condo with lots of room. Was not very clean, no top sheets on most beds. Needs attention to landscaping.

Great Place for Family

Our family of 6 had a great time at this home. There were plenty of beds and every group had their own bathroom. The beds were comfortable. We had a great time playing cards and board games.
