Just steps to Sea Colony's private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat features a convenient one-level layout with a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. All beds feature adjustable bases. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 flat-screen TVs (including 2 HD flat-screen TV's w/ HD DVD players in each bedroom), Blu-ray, 3 DVDs, Keurig, library of DVDs & books, Wifi. * Notes: This Sea Colony owner is paying for guest linen service as part of the rental.

Great Condo!

Amazing Everything!

This was our 1st time at the Delaware Beaches. This home is amazing! Very comfortably slept 6 of us. The couch pulls into a bed which was super helpful. The beds are fairly new and super comfy! The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking necessities & washer/dryer. The view is amazing. There were even dolphins we saw 2x and a beautiful view of a rainbow! The owners have a guest book that many have signed & to me that's a very personal sign that they care for their condo and wish all are having a great time!! Sea Colony is great also. Very beautiful and the private beach is a major difference to the crowds at the public beaches. We never had to wait for an elevaltor or a cart to move our stuff. The outdoor pools are great and the indoor pool 1 building over was great also! Reserved parking for 1 vehicle. It was difficult at times to find parking for our 2nd vehicle but it always worked out! Great place, beautiful location!! We shall be back for sure!!

Great unit with a wonderful view!

Very clean and well kept property. I took my wife and two young daughters here and we all loved it. The beds were very comfortable, unit was very clean and tidy, and the view and location can’t be beat. If you stumbled upon this property and it happens to be available for your dates, book it now! The view and location were both very nice. The bathrooms need to be updated as well as the kitchen. We had been coming to the sea colony for the past 16 years with our daughters and their families. We had the opportunity to see other condos in the same building as our daughters were also staying in Chesapeake. Their condos had updated bathrooms and appliances. The other furniture in the unit was fine.

Ocean front and full of amenities

Just as described and pictured. Deco is not to our taste but the property is very clean and it has everything you need from cooking to games. There were extra beach chairs too. They provided linen and towels which was lovely. You can hear the waves from the masterbathroom! Check in was a breeze. Owner seems to be very thoughtful and detailed. We had a great time!

Would not rent this unit again. Garbage bags did not fit the waste basket. No spices at all. Really not up to the level that we expected at Sea Colony. Really not an upscale unit for the price paid.
