Condo calme et confortable parfait pour les couples et les familles!

Une escapade confortable au paradis! Ce bel appartement au dernier Ă©tage peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement. SituĂ© dans le prestigieux EVIAN privĂ©, vous ĂȘtes Ă  300 mĂštres du club de golf et Ă  500 mĂštres de l'ocĂ©an. La plantation de chantier naval contient trois terrains de golf de 9 trous ouverts au public. Au sein de la communautĂ© d'Evian, il y a une piscine, des courts de tennis Ă©clairĂ©s, un Ă©tang de pĂȘche et des pistes cyclables partout. La chambre principale a un lit King, dressing, TV et salle de bain privĂ©e avec baignoire / douche. La deuxiĂšme chambre a deux lits jumeaux, beaucoup d'espace de rangement, TV et salle de bain avec douche. Il y a une buanderie Ă©quipĂ©e de laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Le salon est ouvert et spacieux avec canapĂ©-lit, TV, DVD et une table de salle Ă  manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. La cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et cuisiniĂšre. Volets de plantation partout. Un balcon privĂ© avec table haute et barbecue agrĂ©mentera les hors-d'Ɠuvre en soirĂ©e tout en regardant les alligators et les golfeurs passer.

Tennis courts were unavailable to us due to resurfacing. TV didn’t work in bedroom. Otherwise the condo was as expected. Could have used a larger pot in kitchen.

Relaxation at it's best!

We had a great Labor Day long weekend. The island was crowded but we enjoyed a quiet, peaceful, clean, and accommodating property. We will stay here again!

Beautiful place in great location.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and it was beautifully decorated and the location (across the street from the pool and tennis courts) was perfect. Highly recommend!

Grandson visit

Our brief stay on Hilton Head Island was most enjoyable. We stayed on the 2nd floor overlooking a section of the golf course. The lodging was spacious, well equipped, bright, comfortable. It was hot!!!!! Would like to return in future. Our hostess was very helpful when we needed an additional pass

Evian - Tucked Away

Home was perfect. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It was well designed too - not tacky beachy, but something you'd feel good living in. Host provided us bicycles as well- a nice savings. The place was quiet and backs up to a nice view of a golf course and lagoon. We enjoyed several relaxing mornings on the deck. There are beach chairs (2) and a pair of tennis racquets (and balls). Pool and tennis (and pickleball) courts across drive. About 20 min walk to the beach (via path). Our favorite HHI property!

Hilton Head condo

Margaret was a wonderful host and responded quickly to a couple requests. The condo was as described and the location was quiet and we enjoyed some time on the porch. (Older folks might have trouble getting in and out of the main bathtub but there is a walk in shower in the other bathroom.) Another great amenity is the community pool is right across the road from this condo.

Perfect getaway

Margaret was terrific at communicating with us. Her Villa is as advertised. Clean, very nicely decorated, great view of lagoon, and most of all...quiet. We look forward to the opportunity to stay at Margaret's villa again.

We had an amazing time at HHI. Michelle responds back very quickly with any questions. She was extremely helpful to work with when booking and when we stayed at her condo! Her place is very clean and even better than the pics posted. We had plenty of room! The pool was across the street and ocean was further than we wanted, but we used the bikes and were able to drop off at the beach! We definitely plan on booking this unit again!

Great place

Pictures portray this rental perfectly, great location, loved watching Al E Gator swim by each day, enjoyed the covered deck with a book watching the golfers go by. Margaret has everything you need in this house, beach towels, tennis racquets, kitchen is well stocked too. We loved our first visit to the Shipyards.

Wonderful spring break villa

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The owner was kind enough to let us check in early since we got to Hilton Head Island earlier than expected. The pool being right across the way was so nice. We loved the view from the balcony and seeing South Carolina wildlife, including lots of alligators and deer.

Great Condo in Hilton Head

Margaret's place in Shipyard is exceptional, the villa is very spacious overlooking the 9th Fairway. It is clean, well equipped, comfortable and a great location. We played golf, Tennis, swam in the pool right across the street and the bikes were a bonus. Margaret is a very good communicator, would recommend without hesitation, would definitely stay again.

Clean spot near a lot of things. Pool is super close in walking distance. Beach is a fun bike ride away.

Perfect long weekend

The condo was just what my family of 4 (including 17 yo twins) needed. Location was great, the condo was clean and ready when we arrived. It had everything we needed. The location was very quiet and safe. The kids loved the bikes. Caution, if it’s been about 20 years since you’ve been on a bike, the steps to get back into the condo will be difficult! We will definitely return.

My wife and I had a great time. We loved the unit and would definitely stay here again. We are breakfast on the patio every morning, and enjoyed it in the evening. It was very peaceful and a great view. We used the bikes everyday to ride to the beach. It was a GREAT stay!

Hilton Head is wonderful - and our stay here at this particular property only amplified the whole experience - well kept, well provisioned, and extremely comfortable condo. The owner's welcoming and caring couldn't have been more evident than in the manner in which the condo is kept and provisions provided for us. Felt like home. Great second floor unit in convenient location

We enjoyed the second floor unit, overlooking a pond and the golf course. Had breakfast and evening drinks on the covered porch every day. Margaret was good about offering advice, and even checked in during an unexpected rainy period with more suggestions. The bikes were a real plus, as we used them to tour parts of the island and make the trek to the beach each day. Unit was very comfortable, updated, and convenient for accessing the rest of the island.

This end unit is bright and spacious with a quiet shady side porch. Beautiful views and only a half mile walk from the ocean!
I only rent my property a few times a year so my guests will have the best home away experience!
