Book your next getaway in this newly remodeled first-floor condo which sits directly across from the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. The open concept is great for gathering and entertaining with a calming beach-inspired decor carried throughout the home. The living area has plush seating with pillows made for relaxing consisting of a couch, loveseat, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The adjacent dining area has a large table with seating for 6, perfect for enjoying freshly cooked meals or playing games. The galley-style kitchen has plenty of room for prepping on the granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the patio in the Bay breeze. The guest room (BR1) has2 Twin Beds, TV, closet, and accent chair. Down the hall, the master bedroom (BR2) has a King-size bed, nightstand, chest to hold your beach attire, TV, closet, and accent chair for curling up and reading a book. The shared bathroom has access from both the end of the hall and the master bedroom. The double vanity is separate from the tub/shower so more than one can get ready at the same time. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet inside the bathroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
