Ce charmant condo entièrement rénové de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, situé dans le port de Royal Harbour, vous permettra de vous évader à Naples! La rénovation comprend une cuisine mise à jour avec tous les nouveaux appareils, des salles de bains mises à jour, des revêtements de sol, de l'éclairage, de la peinture fraîche et plus créant un style de plage élégant.

Les caractéristiques comprennent un sol stratifié en bois flotté partout, plafonds à caissons, cuisine mise à jour, menuiserie personnalisée, quai de bateau et aire de pique-nique commune.

Wonderful 5 weeks stay. Very comfortable. Completely furnished with all we needed and more. Lovely and helpful host. Close to downtown Naples. Highly recommend this cozy condo. We loved everything about it. Beds are very comfy. Will definitely stay again when our travels take us back to Naples.

Marta and Luis one of a kind property is conveniently located in a quiet residential area near downtown Naples. Behind the privacy wall, you enter a residence which is modern, comfortable and welcoming. The personal touches make you feel as if you’re staying in someone’s home. Every possible amenity is at your disposal. The owners are always available to answer questions and make suggestions for sightseeing or restaurants.

A Diamond Property Close To Everything

This is an exceptional property. Close to everything in Naples … beach, restaurants, shopping, and water excursions. The hosts Marta and Luis gave thought to everything you may need. A very well stocked rental that was very very clean. We spent a month at their place and we absolutes the quaint and quiet neighborhood. In fact we walked just about every day and the locals were so friendly. The street was a charming drive along arched trees that just made our stay that much more spectacular. Love, love, loved this place! If there was a 10 I’d give it to this place. We will be back.

Wonderful in every way!

This condo is fantastic. It looks exactly like the photos due to the fact that the owners, Marta and Luis, take excellent care to maintain it. The kitchen the the best equipped ever! Beds are so comfortable. The owners made sure that we had everything needed including paper products, cleaners (by the way, the place was spotless!!) beach chairs and umbrella. There is even a mini library of paperback books. Communication was excellent. Thank you again to Marta and Luis, you are the best. LOL, You should give a masterclass on VRBO hosting!

A Month in Paradise

We very much enjoyed our stay in Naples. The condo was well-equipped and maintained. Loved the variety of homes, apartments etc. in the neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. The owners were great to work with and welcoming. We would highly recommend staying here.

A little slice of Paradise!

This was our first stay in Naples after renting every Feb on Anna Maria Island FL for 10 years. We loved loved “Mojitoville”, our unit and had gracious hosts in Marta and Luis! It is beautifully decorated and didn’t feel like a rental... felt like our home. For us, it was the best supplied rental ever! The kitchen was well stocked and everything was colored coordinated right down to the Keurig! No mismatched dishes or missing utensils, and no need to run to Walmart or the $ store for must needed essentials!😁. Nice high def tv’s and cable too. Can’t gush enough over this jewell in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to all the shops and restaurants on the famous 5th street and historic Olde Naples! Great condo and location! Our home away from home!

This is the 4th consecutive January we have stayed in this 2/bed, 2/bath condo and it continues to exceed our expectations. It is in a very quiet neighborhood but close to anything you would want to do in the Naples area. There is a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a relaxing family room. The property is clean, well cared for and the neighbors are great.

Wonderful , exceeded our expectations!

A very nice condo that is beautifully decorated and comfortable with everything you would ever need. It is centrally located so that the beach, 5th. Ave., 3rd St., golf courses, malls, and neat restaurants are easy to get to. Property is clean and well cared for as is the neighborhood. The owner and manager are great to work with and the neighbors are wonderful. We are coming back, Naples is great!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and great stay!

Our stay was wonderful, as this 2bed/2bath condo met all of our needs and more. As soon as we walked in, the look and feel of the unit was refreshing, calm and most importantly, clean! Tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable (loved the family room accent chairs!), it was a great weekend stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Our beds and linens were very comfortable and luxurious. I felt like we were staying in a five-star hotel. The neighborhood itself was cute and quiet, plus great for walking. It did not feel touristy at all and was very close to great restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to stay here again!

Cozy Cottage Getaway

My fiancé and I had such a wonderful time in Naples. It was the perfect weekend getaway. A great change to our busy schedule. The cottage was so cozy and tastefully decorated! The kitchen was so convenient too! We were able to cook some of our meals there and sit out on the patio to enjoy the breeze and dinner! Everything about this place was amazing. Great experience! We will totally come back!

Heavenly - we love Naples!

We recently rented this condo for a couple of weeks and couldn't be happier with our choice. The condo is tastefully decorated and updated. The place has a laid back beach like feeling which is what we were looking for. The neighbors are warm and friendly too. Downtown Naples, and the beach are super close and this condo comes with a dock! We can't wait to come back.

Heavenly! We love Naples!

What a relaxing place, beautifully docorated with all the amenities. The neighbors are warm and friendly. The unit was just as described. Lots of activities for all ages and tastes. There are lots of restaurants to choose from. It's a repeat for us !
