Spring Break

Marco Island is a great get away location. Lots of shops and restaurants. Our condo was very nicely furnished and we had everything we needed.

February getaway

The property was as advertised. We were delayed a day due to weather but still enjoyed our stay. Marco was great to work with and communicated well as our arrival day changed. Property was clean and everything was explained well.

Relaxing Getaway

Very clean condo with everything you need. We stayed 7 days with another couple and had a great, relaxing time. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. would definitely stay there again!

Nice view, nice location!

The condo was as pictured. It was a bit of a walk to the actual beach, but very doable. People were very friendly
both staff and other guests. We look forward to returning next year!

Nice view from balcony

We had a beautiful stay in this apartment. great views to the golf and pool. Condo is a little bit far from the beach however doable walk to it. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms/kitchen. Sofa in the living room is very comfortable and super big, however is not a sofa-bed that you can open. We enjoyed our stayed, looking forward to come back!

Wonderful experience in Marco♄

Wonderful stay in tower 4!! Beautiful view of pool and gulf from our windows and balcony! East beach access! amazing sunsets on the beach! Very clean and updated owners were wonderful to work with. Can stay in and make meals with a nice kitchen area, or there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Go on a sunset cruise. For our family of 7 perfect. Kids ages 17-27. We will be back! This is our second time staying in tower 4.

Beautiful condo however a couple of issues! No toilet paper in both bathrooms, !

Keys were very difficult to use but was remedied with WD40, the trash containers were difficult to pull out and push in! The soaps in the bathroom were very thin and fell apparent on 2nd use! Otherwise it was a beautiful condo! Loved the keurig! Yes I would stay again if these few things were remedied!

Dream vacation property!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! The layout and organization was on point. My 4 children (4,7,8,10) slept in the guest room where there were 2 full (or queen?) beds so it was plenty of space for our kids to bunk up 2 kids per bed. My husband and I were in the master with king bed and balcony. Great storage for emptying suitcases out in both bedrooms. Updated, beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and living quarters! The view was amazing from all sides! We loved looking out at the ocean views and even the pool views. It truly felt like you were on an island get away dream vacation. Property owners were super nice and quick to respond; very helpful if we needed anything. You can tell they take pride in their property and how others experience it. There was about a 10-15 minute walk to the water’s edge on the beach but we were also walking with young kids so probably could be faster than that. The beach has a lot of shells so make sure to pack water shoes. The sand was white and beautiful and powdery (when not super shelly). This area was outstanding! Very nice and close to restaurants, grocery stores. This was our first visit to Marco Island and it was magical. My husband and I spent every morning on the balcony looking out over the water while eating breakfast and every evening on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine and watching the stars. There were so many comforts to this property to allow it to feel like home to us. We can’t wait to come back already!!

Great condo with amazing view. Everything from the distance to the beach and restaurants, surrounding area and amenities in the condo was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again!

Tower 4

Condo was clean and good shape. Lots of space for the family to spread out. A few improvement opportunities... - more towels - more than 4 rolls of toilet paper for the week - more than 4 garbage bags for the week - more than 2 rolls of paper towel for the week - could have went without the people next to us smoking

Never tired of the view!

We stayed 4 wks in this property. My only complaint was the furniture. Furniture shown in online photos, no longer there. The sofa configuration looks nice but difficult to get up out of. I spent entire time sitting in balcony chair which we brought inside or in a high beach chair we had to purchase! Occupancy lists 6 people, but only 4 dining chairs. Kitchen, baths & bedrooms very nice.

Well maintained, clean. Lovely view. Quick response to a small plumbing issue. Close to eateries and shopping. Laundry, trash and elevators close to the unit. One drawback was that the beach was a long walk. Also, the grills were not useable.

Birthday Week Bonanza!

Loved this condo and all it had to offer! Beautiful views from the sixth floor, all the amenities you could ask for, and convenience to other destinations on Marco Island. The balcony, couch, kitchen, bedrooms... all were 5 stars!

Beautiful weather

The condo and view were excellent. The walk to the ocean was pretty, but a long walk. We felt that the description was a little misleading. I was expecting the washer and dryer to be in the unit, but they were located by the elevators and were used by numerous condos. I reread the description and at the bottom it says coin laundry toward the end.

Very Nice!

Beautiful living space. Beautiful area. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but very doable and scenic. The condo has all of the amenities that you would need. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the property itself was not the most kid friendly, with a lot of pool "rules"...our daughter was reprimanded for eating chips by the pool. Which, I am sure adds to the cleanliness rating of 5 stars :).

Excellent View

We stayed in January and had a great time at this condo. The view from the front door to the balcony is straight at the ocean. All the things needed fir the beach were provided and the layout of the condo gave our family of four more than enough room to spread out. Also the pool was super warm which was nice in the morning. Definitely would stay here again.
