Beachfront Sanctuary

Enjoy the view from this 3rd floor Condo directly on the beach. Sit out on your private balcony and enjoy the sunrise, watch the stars at night & listen to the ocean.

The unit has 2 large bedrooms. The Master bedroom faces the Gulf of Mexico through a wall of windows and has a King Size bed. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds. The mattresses are heavenly. Between the sound of the ocean and the comfy mattresses, you will sleep quite well.

Both bedrooms have a full bath. The oversized kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook a large meal if you don't want to go out to one of the many close by restaurants.

The complex is a casual 5 story building & unit 304 is very private. There is a large Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, Sun Deck, Tennis Court, and Barbecue area with grills available at no charge. The complex has all the amenities of home with a laundry room in the building. There is a staffed office on the property that you can go to for friendly help, free towel exchange, or just directions to a good restaurant. Leave your troubles behind and enjoy your stay.

Last minute End of Summer getaway!

No doubt, best stay in SPI!! From the simple ease of check-in to the beautiful view on the beach front balcony...top notch . Great communication with owner's and condo so much better than pics. Property maintenance well kept, and beach access in minutes. Kitchen was fully stocked..just take food and drinks. Any questions i had just shot an message through VRBO app and got answered in minutes...from the owner's Tracy and her husband. Id like to keep the property a secret..but glad to share the with people who need the peace of mind, you are getting your money's worth! %...be back sooner than later

Peaceful and Serene. Everything from checking in to checking out was easy and worry free. Communication with the host was on point and so helpful. The unit is spacious, clean and so relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, dishes and a new bag of ice ready for your stay. Boogie boards, beach chairs and lots of beach toys were in the master closet so no need to bring any along for the littles.Balcony view to the ocean was beautiful! There were 2 elevators that were always quick to get you to the unit. Looking forward to staying there again in the future. :)

Perfect!

This was an incredible place to stay! Owners thought of all needs and responded quickly when a few small things went awry and was corrected within a few hours. Perfect location for shopping/restaurants and easy access to beach!

This condo was amazing! Fully stocked and perfect location. The views from the balcony were lovely:) It was perfect for our girls trip and definitely would stay here again. The owner was quick to respond!

Nice place to unwind

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, and check in and out was a breeze with keypad door lock. Location and building are ideal. Parking and getting around is easy since the building is not too big. The third floor balcony is perfect for taking in the ocean views and listening to the waves crash.

We are the Ellis family and we fell in love with South Padre Island the first time we ever vacationed there. We couldn't believe we were able to drive to such a beautiful destination. Now that we found this piece of paradise, we wanted to create and share an indoor space that felt just as good as the outdoor environment. Everyone has their own personal check list when they travel, for our family having a kitchen available to us is important due to our dietary needs. With 2 growing teenage girls, space & privacy are important to us as well. My husband is a very handy guy and my daughters & I are very big into design; we love creating warm & inviting spaces for everyone to enjoy.

Views, Views & More Views! After staying at several different locations and shopping for property on SPI, we found that the Suntide II had everything we were looking for. You can see the bay from our front door which offers a breathtaking sunset. You have an unobstructed ocean view from the expansive back balcony which offers a gorgeous sunrise. You can see from the north shore directly to the south shore. The unit is spacious, airy & has a nice open floor plan. It is a very laid back beach front complex just steps away from the ocean. Other conveniences include a beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts & sand volleyball.

This unit has very fast Wi-Fi connection. We have designed this unit to be very user friendly for our guests to eliminate stress. Wi-fi info, parking tags/permits and a notebook covering questions about the unit as well as local information has been provided for you in the living room. There will be no need to chase anyone for answers & if you should have any additional questions, you can feel free to contact me (Tracy Ellis) directly @ 917.748.0017. I prefer text first, then we can always coordinate a live phone chat if necessary. We have also left essential oil diffusers as well as a selection of oils in the bedrooms/bathrooms for you to enjoy.
