Beachfront 2 BR / 2 BA pour 4-6 personnes, piscine en bord de mer, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite

Notre maison de vacances récemment mis à jour est situé sur la plage sur l'île de South Padre. Vous pouvez vous détendre et profiter d'une vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon et le balcon. Le condo a une piscine directement sur la plage. Il y a plein de chaises pour s'allonger au soleil. Il n'y a que 14 unités dans ce bâtiment, donc vous partagez cette zone avec seulement quelques autres.

Le salon est spacieux et très confortable. Juste pour lire, se détendre, regarder la télévision ou simplement regarder l'océan.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec toutes les nécessités. De plus, nous avons également fourni un grill George Foreman pour votre plus grand plaisir. La cuisine est un concept ouvert et s'ouvre sur la salle à manger et le salon. Système de filtration d'eau Culligan avec cuisine.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen size, d'une télévision, d'un grand placard et d'une commode. Il y a un grand balcon au large de la chambre principale qui surplombe la plage, idéal pour le café tôt le matin ou pour regarder le lever du soleil.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size, un grand placard et une commode. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée.

Un espace de couchage supplémentaire est prévu dans le salon. Nous avons un matelas pneumatique.

Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse idéalement situé à l'intérieur du condo.

Nous adorons South Padre Island et notre Home by the Sea. Nous espérons que vous aussi. S'il vous plaît venez pour une visite et revenez aussi souvent que vous le souhaitez.

Great beach view with very close proximity to the beach. Foot/sand cleaning station was helpful. We had a very loud music problem but the management company took care of it. We will come back.

Easy to access. Condo has everything you need for the beach. So nice to not have to bring all the things. Wagon, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards etc all provided.

We checked in on 12/4. The location is good, great access to the beach. Unfortunately, the condo is filthy. The hallway walls are dirty, the vents are full of dust, hair all over the bathroom and kitchen floors. It needs a deep thorough cleaning. The WiFi that was given didn’t work. On day 3 of our stay we noticed a very strong sewer gas smell was coming from the hallway bathroom. I reached out to Criss but never heard back from her. We actually checked out a day early because we were extremely nervous about the nauseating gas smell. Very disappointed with these accommodations. Definitely will not be coming back.

Everything you need and more!

My children and I came to stay for my birthday weekend. We arrived to a clean and cool place. The beds and pillows are so comfortable it made it hard to even want to get up in the morning! We were so happily surprised that the host provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach! All the appliances work wonderfully and the view is just the best! Will definitely plan another stay soon!

Perfect beach getaway

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Clean and convenient, my entire family loves the space and the view! We love watching the sunrise and the perfect location such a short walk to the beach. A short drive to all the good restaurants, and enjoyed a few sunsets on the bayside.

Perfect Location

One of the best beach vacations I’ve had due to the perfect location (Directly on the beach). The condo had everything we needed for a week long stay. Beds were comfortable- kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the pool, hot tub, decor and gorgeous views.

The stay was great. The only complaint I had is the electricity went out for 10 hours, and when it came back on the refrigerator didn’t restart on its own you had to push another power button so most of our food went bad.

Nice condo with sone flaws like quite worn mattress in master bedroom and loose toilet seat in hall bathroom. Everything else is very good like spacious rooms and nice pool area.

Great views and very nice condo.Best parking spot inside condo. Great kitchen, bathrooms and sliding glass doors that work. the view and beach are there in front of you. Will rent again!

Vacation with my parents

Location and property were wonderful. Very happy with everything in the condo. Had a little trouble with a bathroom sliding door and it was hard to get management or owner to respond. It was all fine and got it worked out other than that. Wonderful beautiful spot. Very nice condo!

Location to everything was excellent. The elevator stopped working the night before we were to leave. They had it up & running by the next morning & that was on a Saturday night. Excellent Service!! We would definitely stay with them again.

Property is setup good for 2 couples and the location on the beachfront is great. Unfortunately, it was not very clean and the supplies provided were sparse. Toilet paper, laundry detergent, considering they asked us to clean towels before we left. Dryer did not work.

Great condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo over Veteran’s Day weekend! We come to the island at least once a year, and really enjoy the relaxed vibe of the off season. This condo is definitely older, but with recent renovations that make it comfortable and cute. The location is great and the views are top notch. Our 13 year old daughter and her friend spent a lot of time in the heated pool and hot tub during our stay. Our only complaint would be parking. My husband’s F150 was very difficult to maneuver in the tiny garage space. We would never be able to park here in the summer when it’s busy and the other spots are full. Overall great and would definitely return to this unit!

Great View

Had to wait 1.5 hours after check in to get into the condo. Heard from the manager to say since there were back to back rental the clean up was ready. Never got the apartment info, room number or door code. Contacted VRBO for help and they assisted us. Glad the cleaning lady was still there so I was able to get the door code. The place was great, clean and the location and view were outstanding. Management needs to post information like what the back gate code to the beach is, what they want you to do on check out.
