THE LOFTS at VAULT Suite 402 is a one bedroom with a Queen Bed and a queen size pull out sleeper couch. This rustic loft has a full kitchen. We have combined the 1890's building with modern design. It is situated on the 4th floor above Hot Springs' 5-star restaurant VAULT. You are in the heart of historic downtown Hot Springs, AR. The entire property is strictly NON-SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. Street level parking is available, also a parking lot with a parking pass one block away.

Perfect Getaway stay

Damon was very responsive and the loft was so clean, spacious and the decor was delightful! Location was perfect to walk to the shopping, Bath houses all the way to the Arlington Hotel! Casino was a very short drive! Would stay here again!

Great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of Hot Springs! Only complaint is the street noise during late night.

Weekend Get Away

Nice clean property. Located in the heart of downtown Hot Springs. Big living area with views of the city. It has a separate living area from bedroom and bathroom. The large modern shower was nice.

Awesome location! The check in was so easy that it was like getting home. The place was everything as described and very clean. Location they say is everything, this home was the perfect location to walk anywhere you want to go. Daron made some great restaurant suggestions that we could walk to. The history is rich and the locals love to share it with you.Great place to stay, great location, very clean, Daron is very attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay there on our next visit.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bathhouses. Only bad part was the loud bar patrons out on the street waiting on their rides, lol. Otherwise will define staying at the Vault Lofts again

Very nice Loft

Wow! What a fantastic place! Very clean, comfortable, secure and has a great location. We enjoyed it very much. We loved being in the thick of the downtown area and within walking distance of the bathhouses and all the shopping and dining areas. We appreciated all the Information from the loft owner and he had quick responses for any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Stay!!!

This property was amazing! Such a cute place and the location was the best! We had read a review that the bedroom area was warm. That is not true any longer. The ceiling fan in there made it very cool, even with the hot temperatures outside! We will be back!

Loved the location! But had not been made aware when booking that a street festival takes place every Thursday, complete with live band and loudspeakers right below the loft; pretty loud cleanup until about midnight after band quit at 10pm.Also the festival closed off the only access for unloading luggage! This had to be done on another street and luggage pushed quite a way. The loft was well decorated but no shades in windows in living area left blinding morning sun coming in the eastern side. It was a bit intimidating with no shades at night even tho we were on 4th floor. More privacy would be nice. Otherwise, great loft apartment! Daron, our host, was wonderful! Hot Springs needs to address the festival cutting off the only way to unload one’s car and perhaps move it to a park not outside a hotel room. We love Hot Springs and we will return.

Best spot in town!

My husband and I were just looking for a weekend getaway and this provided us with just that. The place is gorgeous and centrally located to everything Hot Springs had to offer!! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for visiting Hot Springs

Traveled to Hot Springs for a weekend getaway and this loft was perfect! Location was fantastic and the attention to details on the decor and amenities of the property were amazing. Daron communicated quickly and efficiently even allowing us to get in early upon arrival. I highly recommend staying in this loft. We had dinner at The Vault, the restaurant on the main floor, A+ as well!
