The property is walking distance to downtown Ocean City, NJ. Playland's Castaway Cove is less than 10 mins walk down the boardwalk and features fun rides and games for the little ones.

Great features include:

- Enclosed outdoor heated shower

- Right at the beautiful fishing pier landmark

Ocean City NJ Condo

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. We loved the neighborhood and boardwalk. The property is in a great location, seconds from the boardwalk. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area too. Beach chairs/ Boogie Boards/ Small children items were supplied which was a nice feature. Checking in was a breeze with Carol & Bob. They reached out to us leading up to the trip and also while we checked in to make sure everything was up to our standards. Would recommend!

Excellent family friendly stay

We had such a wonderful stay on property. The place was comfortable, well thought out and felt like home during our 5 day trip. Super convenient walk to the boardwalk and the host had great recommendations For things to do. We had 2 minor problems that were addressed very swiftly and graciously. 10/10 recommend and definitely look forward to booking here again.

Family fun

Had a really fun week at this perfectly placed condo at the center of all the fun to be had in Ocean City. My 2 kids had a blast at the beach, had a surf lesson, skim boarded, and we did a different mini golf course every night. Everything is walkable and the condo has absolutely everything you need. The owners were so helpful and friendly too. Definitely recommend for an easy fun family trip.

Excellent Stay!

Ocean tides condiminidium was the perfect vacation experience. The location was as close to the boardwalk as you could get, the accommodations were exactly what we needed and expected, and the people in the complex were helpful and extremely friendly. The owners were quick to answer any questions and extremely thoughtful. They even remembered it was our anniversary while we were there! It was overall a wonderful experience. Thank you Bob and Carol.

First time to Ocean City,NJ

It was a wonderful condo . It had two big bedrooms and two full baths . It had a super stocked kitchen and the family room was great . The beds were soooo comfortable . The decor is to die for . It was 2 min walk to beach and boards . We parasailed and ate at many local restaurants. The owners live in town and said I could call them for anything . It was a wonderful weekend !!!!We will be back next summer for sure !!!!!

It was okay

The location of this property is great and it was pretty clean overall. However, the ac units made a terrible smell and had visible black specks on the intake. We had to turn them off due to the smell. Also, for the price, I expected at least basic cable - every kids channel on the tv required a subscription. Several of the dishes in the kitchen were visibly dirty. It was clean enough, but at that price point I expected to have workable ac and to have watchable television.

Great location! Kid friendly!

I rented in June 2020 just as things were starting to reopen after shutting down due to Covid-19. I needed to look at some new walls! The mural in the living area is beautiful. You can see a glimpse of the waves across the street from the windows. The owners do a great job with making sure the house is stocked with trash bags, soaps, TP, paper towels, toys, puzzles, coloring stuff, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, all the things!! Ashlee is very accommodating and easy to deal with. I highly recommend!

"Beach Home for the Week"

We couldn't have had a better stay. We called it our "beach home" for the week. Everything was so clean and there were so many little touches that made it feel like home. We will be booking again for next summer!

Great place for families

Perfectly located and everything so convenient, covered parking, 4 beach tags, beach chairs and accessories provided, a block from the boardwalk! Ashlee is a great communicator and made things very simple for check in and check out. Condo is well-stocked and nicely decorated. Simple, cute and beachy. Neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. This was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and super great hosts!

Really pleased with the host's thoughtfulness. I've never stayed in a house that provided so many amenities in the kitchen, including paper towels, cleaning supplies, and dishwashing soap, hand soap, etc. Also, she had a whole cabinet filled with kids' arts and crafts items which my 4-yr-old grandson was thrilled with, like Christmas in June! And books and DVD's as well. Highly recommend this host!

Great weekend location

Two night stay for soccer tourney in hammington NJ..owner a delight to work with, great location to boardwalk, comfortably sleeps 5. Nice amentities, high quality beach gear, clean with good shower and comfortable beds. No negatives—one comment is no balcony or porch but so close to the beach not a problem for us.

BEST accommodations around!

We had an amazing stay in OC this year!!! Our family has been renting for over 30 years down here, trust me when I tell you this place is TOP NOTCH! Our accommodations were impeccably clean, comfortable, and super close to everything. All of the little touches made for such a relaxing vacation: toilet paper, paper towels, coffees & teas, creamer, tons of cleaning products, garbage bags and tons of stuff for the kids....all helpful in making the packing much lighter! Parking was great, outdoor shower and hose were good for cleaning off, the clothesline was great for drying towels and bathing suits. It was super easy to unload the car and bring everything up to the unit. It’s the little things that matter!! There’s definitely pride of ownership with this condo and the owners took the time to make sure we could easily reach out to them if we needed anything. They keep it very clean and stocked with what you need. We are so thankful we found this amazing place!!! Thank you Ashlee and Brooks for sharing your slice of heaven with us!! It was a truly memorable week!! đŸ€—
