About this space
Welcome to the Beach Cottage! Ocean City is filled with quaint coffee shops, boutiques, & beautiful beaches. The beach & boardwalk are a block from the unit.

Also, right around the corner is OC Surf Cafe, Ocean City Coffee Company, Wonderland Pier, & the Waterpark.

Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway!

Other things to note
Two beach chairs and four beach tags will be left for guest use in the summer months.

This was such a nice apartment! It was very clean and had cute “beach” decor. Everything you need is provided including beach tags and access to a dedicated parking spot( it’s in a municipal lot a couple blocks away- I just parked and walked everywhere; you don’t need a car due to the apartments excellent location). Check in and out was super easy and the owner was responsive and communicative. Looking forward to rebooking next year!

Location is great - a 6 minute walk to the beach and heart of the boardwalk! The enclosed patio was a great component to this cozy cottage. Sadly, our kitchen was not stocked with the essentials like pot holders, additional pots & pans, sponge for cleaning dishes, can opener, etc. That would be my only constructive criticism. We had a great week and truly appreciate the stay!

Weeklong stay

House has everything we needed including great location close to beach and boardwalk.Owner was easy to communicate with and having linens provided was a nice bonus.Great time in this cozy first floor apartment.

Last minute getaway

The unit was a simple Jersey shore last minute booking that worked out well for our family of four. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and beach badges were included. The host was easy to contact and towels and sheets were included which was convenient!

Family vacation

We love Ocean City for it's cute shopping town area, the boardwalk and the clean beaches. This vacation was the perfect location with the town close by and also the boardwalk and beach. When we arrived everything was perfect. The two bedrooms was really nice to have and the place was extremely clean and ready for us. We really enjoyed our time with the additional beach passes and free parking pass as a bonus. Will definitely be back next year.

Lovely little apartment with everything you need.

Easy walk anywhere you want to go, including beach, boardwalk, bicycle rental and dining. Parking was some distance; unexpected but fine. Property owner made adequate contact with pertinent info. Would have liked to be able to contact owner without logging into VRBO which didn't work anyway. Overall this was a lovely vacation and I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. This is a great location with easy access to beach and boardwalk. The enclosed porch is a plus for storing beach gear and relaxing with book and coffee. Our host, Claudia was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. Very easy to work with. Thx so much.

Perfect for a family getaway!

I stayed here with my husband and two young children, and the condo perfectly suited our needs. It was clean, charming and beachy! The location could not have been better for nightly walks to the boardwalk for rides and fun. The location is walking distance to little restaurants and ice cream shops which my family loved. The washer/dryer was so nice to have during our stay; a real added bonus! We loved it. We made many family memories in OC, and this unit is the perfect place for your beach trip!

Great location

Cozy, updated living. Furnished, small appliances, cookware, and utensils were a plus and greatly appreciated. Having on-site washer and dryer was also a treat. Perfectly located between shopping/eating on Asbury, the boardwalk and beach. Perfect for a single family setting!

Cute cottage

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and communication with the host was great. I was worried about the previous review however the host explained the situation and we had no such issues. Are only cons are that the dryer was difficult to operate and the ceilings are very short so anyone over 6’1” may have an issue. A few minute walk to the beach and all the close by restaurants was a really nice convenience. Would stay again!

It was raining when we arrived and the ceiling was leaking rusty water all over the kitchen and bathroom. It looked like the ceiling may cave in holes in many spots with water running out. Was not able to stay there and call host who was very nice and told us we would get our money back. We had 5 people who traveled to be there and had to get a place at last minute for a lot more money.
