Spectacular Ocean Front 3 BR - Calme 2e unité d'extrémité FL avec balcon enveloppant.

La Villa Renaissance est un petit complexe de condominiums de 36 unités inspiré de l'architecture italienne. Notre unité terminale de 2066 pi2 au deuxiÚme étage comprend des portes vitrées coulissantes et entiÚrement grillagées qui s'ouvrent sur une vue panoramique de Grace Bay Beach.

Un grand espace de vie accueille généreusement la famille et les invités avec des siÚges confortables et une armoire de divertissement avec TV HD. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un bar pour le petit-déjeuner. Pour une soirée plus formelle, la table à manger peut accueillir huit personnes.

Notre balcon spacieux et enveloppant est accessible depuis le salon ou par des portes françaises dans la salle à manger et la chambre principale. Buvez votre café et assistez au lever du soleil dans le confort de nos meubles d'extérieur en teck.

La chambre principale a un lit plateforme king-size avec salle de bain et baignoire. La deuxiÚme chambre a des lits jumeaux facilement convertibles en un roi si demandé et une salle de bain complÚte. La troisiÚme chambre a un lit queen avec salle de bain complÚte située dans le hall. Toutes les chambres comprennent une télévision à écran plat HD. La chambre principale a un coffre-fort à clavier dans le placard. Un canapé-lit queen est situé dans le salon.

Notre condo est entiÚrement climatisé et contient une connexion Wi-Fi dans l'unité. De plus, tous les espaces de vie et les chambres contiennent des ventilateurs de plafond. Pour votre commodité, une laveuse / sécheuse est disponible à l'unité. Ménage quotidien et serviettes de plage inclus.

SituĂ©e au cƓur de Grace Bay, la Villa Renaissance se trouve Ă  quelques pas de nombreux restaurants, bars, boutiques et Ă©picerie. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas besoin de voiture, Grace Bay Car Rentals, juste en bas de la rue, offre une remise de 10% aux clients de la Villa Renaissance.

La piscine en mosaïque a été récemment rénovée avec un bain à remous rafraßchissant, un bar au bord de la piscine et des meubles. Faites de l'exercice et détendez-vous avec le court de tennis éclairé sur place, le centre de remise en forme climatisé et le spa Teona.

We had a great stay at the Villa Renaissance! The unit worked great for our family of five. Of course the beach was awesome and we loved being able to sit on the porch and look at the beautiful ocean. It was great not having to fight for a chair at the beach or pool .The cleaning staff was very good and the front desk was helpful when needed. Mike (the owner) was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we knew where to go to eat and recreate.

We just came back from a 5 day stay at Villa Renaissance. Everything far exceeded our expectations. The stunning view from the condo is what first greets you upon arrival. Floor to ceiling, moveable glass walls show off the turquoise water and white sand stretched out before you. The unit was spotless and very well equipped. We were warmly welcomed by both the front desk staff and Beverly, who was in charge of caring for the unit during our stay. The location cannot be beat. We were within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops, grocery shopping, and resorts. We felt safe the entire time. The property has a pool with hot tub which is protected from the wind by the buildings, and a bar for drinks throughout the day. We took advantage of both the workout room and pickleball courts. The owner Mike was very communicative and helpful from the start. We loved our time on Turks and Caicos and won't hesitate to stay here again in the future!

This is an exceptional unit right on the beach! There is daily housekeeping, and all of the amenities that you would expect in a hotel. The host was gracious and responsive to any of our questions. We had an amazing vacation and would recommend this unit unconditionally.

Tranquility

The location was perfect, ocean view, close to the beach, close to shopping and grocery store. Plenty of restaurants nearby-walking distance. Pool on the property, with beach towels and bar. And, plenty of excursions to choose from to entertain you, friends, and family.

Very Pleasant Stay

We have stayed at the Villa Renaissance at least 10 times, and this unit is certainly one of our favorite units. It is exceptionally clean and well-appointed with a nicely equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We will definitely be staying here again.
