This was a great find, amazing outlook from the deck. Very private, deck, pool and hot tub. The house was very comfy and roomy. Games room in the garage was one of the best we’ve had in Florida. Quiet location, but not far from all the attractions. Also great golf nearby.

Amazing stay at this villa every thing was perfect the outside space and the look out across the lake was beautiful plenty of space indoor very peaceful and not too far from Disney very close to all amenities we was a family of 6 adults and would definitely recommend this villa. Check in and out very simple and all instructions very clear and communicated exceptionally well.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. The house was just like the pictures and it was perfect for our two families. We would love to come back.

This home was perfect for our family. The view from the pool, back patio area was the best part!

When looking for a home to rent while on our vacation, we were searching for something with a view from the pool area. We didn’t want to feel boxed in and stare at a fence while we were out on the patio, this home has a great view. The neighborhood is quite and the home met all of our expectations.

Our family enjoyed this property. Quite neighborhood very scenic surroundings. As stated this property has only very basic items for your stay. As a long time traveler to the Kissimmee area. Davenport is a different community. The traffic can be very off putting 40min drive to Walmart in light traffic. Near rush hour more than 1hr

Re the location, I am not sure what happened with your 40 min/hour drive to Walmart. The nearest Walmart to this property is just 6 miles up Old Lake Wilson road and should take you 10-15 mins max. Perhaps you went to a different Walmart as the one on Old Lake Wilson Rd is ideally situated for you for this home. You know for next time I guess and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Pool view with peaceful lake setting makes this a 5 star rating!

This is a nice older property, very clean, with your basic needs. Not fancy with frills. There are four bedrooms, three upstairs; queen w/bath and 2 with twin beds in each and a full bath, but only my husband and I were here so we used the king master on the main floor with the ensuite, which was inviting and had lots of nice towels. Bed posts at the foot were not secure and bedskirt was coming apart, should be repaired or replaced. If you're needing to charge your phone or tablet bedside bring an extension cord as lamps next to the bed use the only working outlet, at least on the right. We found that the overhead kitchen light and the light over the dinette table can't be on at the same time. We thought the kitchen light had blown but finally discovered this was the issue. It would be helpful to leave a note to this effect. (We called the emergency number for management about this and left a message with someone who said she'd pass it on to the manager. The next day we found a note in the door saying someone had come by to check on the light but we'd received no call and maybe were at the pool as we heard no knock or bell ring. By then we'd figured it out.). If there is a way they can both be on simultaneously, we never discovered it and since there are no under cabinet lights in the kitchen, only under microwave, we usually just ate by the kitchen light rather than the one over the table. These may be minor to some but it was an annoyance. The outdoor area was the best part of our time. The pool was heated and very nice and the view and privacy were awesome! Pots with flowers in a couple of selected places would have been a beautiful addition to the setting (there weren't any) but we enjoyed having coffee and breakfast in the mornings and listening to music and having cocktails in the evening. We spotted an alligator and saw him on three occasions, cool! The hot tub was hot and for the two of us, the size was fine. My husband is 6'3" and I'm 5'2" and with our legs stretched out it would have been uncomfortable or really cozy for two more adults, as it's not a deep tub. There's a simple games area which would probably be enjoyable for younger children but, again, it's very basic. The laundry room has a nice deep washer and dryer. Again, most of our time was spent outside and it was beautiful!

Thank you for your feedback. These are new owners and are currently in the process of renovating the house. You are correct about the lighting. This was disturbed after taking down a wall and has now been sorted. We have also added two standard lamps. We are also attending to the bed posts and gradually working our way through the rest of the house. We are very pleased that you have left a five stars after your stay. We have been staying in Orlando for nearly twenty years and finally had the chance to buy. We feel that the best experience in Florida is all about the outside space, which we never found equaled in any other property we've stayed in over the 20 years. Nice house, should consider another cleaning service.

It was not as clean as we would hope for. Things under the bed, leftover clothes in the dresser. Dog urine against the pedestal at the bottom of the stairs. It looked like a dog urine spot on the carpet in the upstairs bedroom. I had to go to Publix and by cleaning wipes to clean up messes left behind by the cleaners. The house itself is good, plenty of room to spread out. Kids enjoyed the pool. We didn't use the hot tub because, well July. It is full sized though, so that could be a bonus for cooler months. There was an alligator that swam up to the same spot a couple of times a day, we all thought that was neat. Travel times back to the house from Disney during rush hour/dinner hour are a bit long but the trip there in the mornings were a breeze! Plenty of stores, restaurants and gas stations within 10 minutes or so of the house.

Exactly what's pictured

Our family really enjoyed the home and our time here in Davenport. We did encounter some issues: -There were no essential items in the home for cleaning when we arrived so we bought things like toilet paper, hand soap, and laundry detergent. -There was no dishwashing liquid or dishwasher detergent available. - When we arrived, the large garbage cans outside the home were half filled already with open bags of food inside as well as some food (hotdogs?) on top of them. We did our best to clean that area as we tossed our own trash, which we disposed in closed plastic bags. The house did not have any garbage bags available and we used our own plastic bags. Overall, our stay was comfortable! The house was clean and had ample room, as pictured on Vrbo, for our family. We enjoyed the pool too. Thank you again,

Wonderful home away from home

We have sent this location to multiple people to rent from we loved it so much and we are already planning our next stay at this property. The lake view and the kid friendly atmosphere was unmatched. It was close to Disney and we didn’t have to do a lot of extra activities on the days not at parks because the house had so much to do itself. I have 4 stars for cleanliness only because the hot tub needed some TLC and there were fire around the pool area that needed treatments. We bought some ant spray as our group is severely allergic to them but all of that is very minimal. The house was clean and we greatly enjoyed the stay we even booked and extra night once there and the management was great for that process and also addressed the ant issue and said they would get pest control out. We will definitely stay again.
