Set aside your worries at “Ravens Run” where you can watch the dolphins play from the private resort beach, unwind in the hot tub for the holidays or hide out on the back porch and watch the golfers on the Fairway from the porch swing. No matter what you choose… pool day, beach day, shopping excursion or a magnificent dinner at Tommy Bahamas, you will enjoy every minute of your vacation at “Ravens Run”. Two beautiful 6 seat Icon golf carts are at the home for guest use!

~ THE PROPERTY ~
Located in the highly sought after Laurel Grove Community, known as one of the nicest neighborhoods in The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, this home features wood floors, granite counter tops and high ceilings. You will enjoy the Tommy Bahama and Ralph Lauren décor along all the little extra touches like pillow top mattresses, luxury bedding and furnished back porch overlooking the Fairway on the 4.5-Star Raven Golf Course. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening sunsets while relaxing in the back porch swing or the plush cushioned wicker furniture set.

The first level of “Ravens Run” boasts an open living and dining area with room for the whole family, as well as a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counters and bar stools for additional seating. The guest powder room is only a few feet away. On the first level you will also find a Master Suite with a queen pillow top bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower.

Upstairs, is the second Master Suite with a king pillow top bed, walk-in closet large enough for 2 pack n plays and the en suite master bathroom with double vanity and spacious walk-in shower. There is a twin rollaway bed with memory foam mattress in the closet. Next is a queen guest bedroom with an enormous walk-in closet that could even fit a queen or twin air mattresses. There is twin rollaway bed with memory foam mattress in this closet as well. Last but not least, there is a guest bedroom with two twin bunk bed sets, an adjoining full bath and and a stackable washer and dryer in the hall to complete the second level.

~ THE COMMUNITY AMENITIES ~
The Laurel Grove clubhouse, private to owners and guests, provides a large pool, adjoining hot tub and barbecues with a full kitchen. Only two communities in the entire resort offer a hot tub which is perfect for our holiday and off season guests. The clubhouse also features a small fitness center. You will also have access to the HEATED resort pool located at the Phil Hummel Aquatic Center Pool off Baypine Drive.

~ THE RESORT AREA ~
Sandestin Resort is an amazing vacation spot! Its family friendly atmosphere will keep you coming back for years. Baytowne Wharf is a beautiful pedestrian outdoor plaza with retail stores and restaurants overlooking the bay. For child friendly fun, visit the Baytowne Blast Arcade & Laser Maze or head to the Baytowne Adventure Zone to zip across the lagoon on the Baytowne Zipline or try your skills on the Sky Trail Ropes aerial obstacle course. If they still haven't had enough fun, the Tower Climb and Eurobungy are attractions sure to thrill them. Smaller children will be delighted to explore the Baytowne Adventure Landing Playground. Relax while the kids play on this imaginative nautical themed playground with slides and towers galore. This is a large enclosed fenced area, where kids can climb, swing, run and play to their hearts content.

Sandestin has many other exciting things to offer. Take a trip to the Marina and eat lunch on the water while watching the Yachts and Sailboats explore the bay. La Dolce Vita at the Marina offers pontoon and Jet Ski rentals for hours of family fun. If you want something more in tune with nature, the YOLO Beach House is happy to offer paddleboard lessons and rentals. Sandestin also features amazing golf courses, tennis courts, a SPA and a Fitness Center for additional fees.

Explore Grand Boulevard for exclusive boutiques, renowned retailers, specialty shops and mouthwatering culinary creations from an array of casual and fine dining restaurant including Emeril's Coastal Italian, Tommy Bahamas, Vin'tij, Grimaldi's, Cantina Laredo and Fleming's Steakhouse. Grand Boulevard features live entertainment, exciting outdoor events and a 10-screen movie theater.
