DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Zanzibar Retreat, your dream Mission Beach getaway! This recently updated beach house has been completely renovated, offering a cozy, modern, and welcoming living space that is sure to impress. From the sleek hardwood floors to the fresh white walls, every detail has been purposely selected to create a true gem of a vacation rental.
The bedrooms and bathrooms boast stylish fixtures and finishes, ensuring that you will have a comfortable and luxurious stay. You'll also love the convenience of the in-home laundry and modern appliances throughout the home.
Inside, the beach house is filled with natural light, creating a bright and inviting space that will make you feel right at home. The living area is stylish and cozy and floor-to-ceiling doors open up to the outdoors where you can barbecue under the stars. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an island breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard space.
Two outdoor spaces are provided, with the first right on the court sidewalk that leads to the ocean. The interior courtyard is completely private and ideal for enjoying time around the fire table and socializing on the sectional underneath the twinkling market lights.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in all rooms, a work desk in the king bedroom, an outdoor shower, ready-made beds, one full towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of all soaps and paper goods.
This corner home is located on Mission Boulevard in North Mission Beach and just steps from the beach or bay where you can stroll or bike along miles and miles of waterfront boardwalks. It’s a short walk to restaurants, a grocery store, several beach rental shops, and The Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa, where you can get paddleboards or kayaks to explore the bay and day passes for resort/spa amenities.
