We have everything you need all at a great rate. Room comes with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of workspace. Large smart TV and Wi-Fi are already hooked up and free! Disney+ with Hulu, Peacock, Fandango, Maxx and Paramount accounts set up on tv. Comfort is key with super soft Queen sized pillow top bed and highest quality sheets & duvet. Couch folds out into queen sized bed.

Exactly like the pictures show. Every restaurant you could want is within a mile or two. We had a tiny issue with the lock on the door when we arrived, but the host responded IMMEDIATELY and resolved the problem. We ended up staying at the unit next door because of the lock problem, but it was literally a mirror image of this unit. It was just my daughter and me in town for a softball tournament and this unit was perfect. She didn't even care to pull out the sofa bed, she said the couch was perfectly fine. I can't speak to the lake part -but it was close. It was an 11 minute drive to both Majestic and Kimery ballparks though - so super easy if you travel here for softball. Will definitely rent this unit again if we play another tournament here. No complaints!

Great studio. Location was perfect. It was easy to get to recreational things and hiking. Not a ton of space, but perfect for a quick getaway.

Such an amazing space. I read that it was amazing but it was still better than expected. I would absolutely come back. The owner really had a lot of nice touches. You can tell there was a great deal of thought out into what was there.

Nice getaway

This was a nice little getaway for us. Place is centrally located did travel more than 30 minutes in any direction for something to do. Was disappointed looked liked it had access to the lake but it does not. The place is small, was great for husband and I, but im not sure how it would work out for 4 people. Especially with luggage since there really is no place for your luggage. Great communication with property manager.

Perfect for Couples Overnight in Hot Springs

This place suited our needs perfectly for a clean and affortable place to stay for an overnight trip to Hot Spring National Park. It was a 10-15 minute drive to and from the park depending on the traffic. Everything in the residence was up to date and clean. Mattress was on the softer side, but fine for a short stay (as someone who prefer a firmer sleeping surface). Host was responsive and easy to communication with. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

It was pleasant

It was a pleasant stay, if you are just looking for a place to spend the night its good. The bed was comfortable, the shower/bathroom was very small (one person at a time), the communication with the host was not great. On night 2, the Netflix account was not working and I texted her, never responded back so had to use our account - no issue there (they have a label saying to not log out of accounts)

Great location to get around the Hot Springs area

The tiny house is clean and cozy. The bathroom is very small. I’m 6’2” 220 and taking a shower was tight but I managed. The bed is extremely soft so think about that if you have back issues. TV, internet and AC worked great. Kitchen is nicely sized for the cabin and fully furnished. The kitchen faucet needs to be tightened, I was in my wife’s car or else I would have done that for the owner. It’s a nice easy place to stay. I will say the cabin is really close to a road that had a lot of loud trucks running up and down it but it only woke me up a few times in 3 nights. I’d stay there again if going to the area. Very pet friendly too with a nice big grassy area to walk your dog around. That was nice!!

Cozy stay

It is an easy to get to location not far from everything you want to do in the area. Nice little place, I was by myself with my small dog, other person would have been okay but any more and I think would have been cramped. Nice and clean and the host was responsive with communication.

Cute Cabin

Very cute little studio cabin. Inside was just right for my husband and I. We didn’t get to see the outside much because by the time we got there it had snowed about 4 inches. Woke up to 11 inches of snow but stayed nice and warm in the cabin. Loved that it had all the kitchen essentials needed even though we didn’t cook anything. Decor in the red cabin was all color coordinated in red which was so very cute. I would stay here again on our next trip.

Enjoyable Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the cabin. The location was great, easy to find and close to everything. The house rules were not out of the ordinary and easy to follow. There were labels on things inside to help you out, which made things easy. The cabin was just as advertised and perfect for a single person on a budget.

Great stay in Hot Springs

Enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed - very comfortable, clean, quiet, with nice front yard with fire pit and a grill. Close to the stores and good proximity to the National Psrk. Thank you!
