Ce condo de luxe est sur l'océan à South Beach. Il propose des chambres spacieuses, un patio doté de moustiquaires et peut accueillir confortablement six personnes.
Il y a une baignoire de jardin dans la salle de bain principale pour ces agréables bains relaxants. Une buanderie intérieure avec une laveuse et une sécheuse complètent l'ensemble - une bénédiction à la plage!
Profitez de regarder les dauphins, les pélicans et les mantas jouer dans les vagues depuis le salon ou la terrasse.
Le condo est près de Palm Coast, St. Augustine et Daytona Beach. Le golf de Palm Coast est à quelques minutes au nord. Au sud, le phare de Ponce Inlet et le John F. Kennedy Space Center font des excursions d'une journée commodes. Vous pouvez également regarder la navette depuis le patio! Orlando et Jacksonville sont à seulement une heure.
Flagler Beach est une petite communauté tranquille située sur l'une des plages les plus propres et les moins peuplées de la côte est de la Floride.

As repeat guests, we were again very satisfied with the accommodations! Of the numerous other rentals we used in FB, this is, by far, our favorite. The unit is spacious, clean & cozy. Its ocean view can’t be matched. Now that the beach refurbishment is complete, it makes this property even more desirable. Noteworthy, the owner supplies many extra supplies other rentals chose not to offer. This perk is yet another reason we recommend the unit to others. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Grounds well manicured and buildings in great shape. We will book yet again!

We select this condo every year, and are never disappointed. Location is great, easy to go to Daytona or St Augustine.

Enjoyed our stay at South Beach.

We have stayed here several times at South Beach and always enjoyed it here. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The owners are always available if needed.

First Flagler Visit

We really enjoyed our stay at Vicki's condo. It was well stocked with all the necessities. The location at the south end of Flagler means it is a quiet, laid back atmosphere.

This is our second stay here enjoy it.

Nice place to stay, our second time. This time wasn’t as quite as 2 years ago the neighbors on 3rd floor above were moving furniture or remodeling with constant heavy walking. All but that another nice stay. Love the area.

Everything went smooth. Absolutely beautiful. The condo was very well stocked. Had an awesome time and loved the view of the ocean. Would highly recommend this condo and would stay there again.

The condo was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us. The screened in balcony that opens up to the living area gives an outdoor feel. Both the pool and beach are a few steps away.

Great Vacation

The condo was great! So close to the beach and pool. The only negative is that the residents of the other condos are not friendly. There were side comments made by one resident while my son was at the pool about him being loud.

Great condo at Flagler Beach

We have stayed at 5 different condos at this complex over the last 10 years. This condo was very clean and comfortable. It has nice touches including nice cookware, beach towels, charging/power cubes in bedrooms, plenty of bath towels, nice washer and dryer. The pool was very clean and plenty of chairs. South Beach condos is the best place to stay at Flagler Beach and this condo didn’t disappoint!

A great week

This was our third stay here, can not say enough about this condo. Its a pleasure to spend a week here and to relax. You get the best of both worlds with St Augustine and Daytona within a easy ride, but Flagler Beach is still a small Florida village. We enjoyed the warm ocean and great restaurants of the area. Imagine coming back to this great condo after a day shopping (I,m married and have a daughter) or a day on the beach, you get ready for bed, step out onto the screened balcony and you can hear the waves, smell the ocean and just relax.

Clean and hassle-free South Beach condo

Annual Flagler Beach family vacation was made significantly better this year with a clean and comfortable condo after suffering last three years with plenty of issues (mainly broken A/C in 2 of the 3 years at different condos not in South Beach). Everything was perfect from a relaxing main bedroom to a spacious living/dining room and being right next to elevator was a huge plus for our kids. Honestly, the only issue I saw was the smoke detector dangling from the ceiling in the twin beds room. Outside of that, it was still a perfect stay and highly recommend!

Great Find In FB!

We have stayed at numerous condo rentals in FB over the past few decades. This condo was a pleasant suprise in finding it. Worth the cost and would recommend it to others! This unit is very clean, nicely decorated and offers a great floor plan. It's view of the beach is top-notch. The property is well maintained, quiet and comfortable. The owner offered amenities that normally were not offered at other rental units we stayed in that made it much more pleasurable. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book this unit again when we visit Flagler Beach! We would encourage others to consider this rental as it is sure to exceed expectations!!

Very nice

This condo was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in for our annual family vacation. It was so clean when we got there and had everything we needed for our stay plus some! We loved the screened in balcony and enjoyed drinking coffee to the sunrise each morning, the view is breath taking. The pool was where we spent most of our time and it was great, perfect temperature and always clean. The covered area on the pool was great for getting a break from the sun and having snacks. Our only complaint was the residents who lived there seemed annoyed by our presence and children. We were not rude or noisy or causing any disturbances, they just didn't seem very friendly. Just be aware that this seems to be a property where most people are permanent residents and you'll feel like you're bothering them. Also something to note, the hurricane took a lot of the beach, which is nobody's fault, just something to note! We loved the unit and the contact for the unit was very friendly and prompt on returning and answering any questions we had!

Right on the beach, super clean

The property is a little odd to get to. Follow the directions from the host (about which building etc) and you will be fine. Apple maps might take you a little bit further down the road. The location is good. About 8 minutes out of Flagler proper. And only 8 minutes because of the low-speed limit on A1A. Very comfortable for 5 people. 2 adults and 3 kids. The property is super clean. Plenty of dishes, and kitchen things. Tons of beach towels, which were super useful. The patio is bug free in typical FL fashion. It is big and looks right out onto the ocean. The beds were fine, nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. The living room was comfortable. Again, this might have been the cleanest VRBO/ABB I have ever stayed in. A couple of points about the property: 1) Parking is VERY limited. If you have friends over, you are playing with fire on getting them towed. The property only had one visitor parking pass and we weren't sure where family could park when they visited us. 2) The TVs all have cable, but no streaming of any kind. Personally, I would ditch the cable on all 4 TVs and just let guests stream. So you don't get to pick what you watch and you get commercials. I would probably just start traveling with a Roku or something at this point. 3) Toilet paper was gone within 36 hours. There was like a roll and a half of the single rolls, which didn't last long with 5 people. Overall, the location was good, the condo was super clean and quiet, and I would stay here again.

My home town. ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at South Beach as always. Our favorite place. Looked forward to every morning sitting on the patio and listening to the ocean. Thankful we were able to go since the hurricane, Nicole, had caused damage to A1A but it was cleared and able to travel on. This is a beautiful condo and the beds were comfy. Thank you Vicki for being there to answer any questions. We will be back so I can enjoy my hometown and visiting family and friends.

Overall great place!

Overall it was great! We really loved the private beach and the fact there was hardly anyone in the pool the entire stay! When we arrived there was a big hair ball clog in the guest bath that we had to get but after that it worked fine. A few things to note is that the twin and full size bedrooms have an outside light that leaves the room pretty bright so something to think about if you like a dark room, the twin beds are also rather squeaky lol but otherwise a great place! I was living for the decor and furniture! The view is also incredible! Just to give a heads up the pool is salt water and also doesn’t seem to get cleaned regularly but I just took the pool net and cleaned it before we all got in so not a big issue but the maintenance man is creepy and liked to stand at the pool gates for a solid 10 minutes to watch us swim multiple times a day and tried to follow us back to our rooms a few times . The place is great and I definitely recommend staying there and obviously the pool stuff isn’t Vicki’s fault so I am keeping it a rating high :)

Wonderful!

Second time we stayed and we loved it just as much as the first time! This is the best area of Flagler to stay since there are not as many beachgoers here too. The unit has everything you’ll need, the worst part about staying is having to come home.
