Situated over three levels, this 1800 square-foot luxury townhouse has that exclusive feel of a high end hotel but with the privacy, space and amenities of a Vacation home-from-home. You really do have everything you need for a relaxing resort based stay in Orlando.
Amenities include a queen bed suite on the ground floor and, a further king bed with its own bathroom and then third bedroom even has 2 full sized beds, again with its own bathroom all on level 3.
A further WC is on the second floor where the 'living space' offers something for everyone:-
The comfortable living room has plush furniture and lots of seating so everyone can enjoy relaxing and watching a movie large TV. The home has wireless internet included!
The open floor plan of this level makes it feel roomy and spacious. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and 'butchers block' style kitchen eating area is just one of your options for entertaining. The kitchen area leads into the lounge diner.
Flat-screen TVs throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi and luxurious furnishings means you can enjoy being on one of Orlando's most exclusive gated resorts, whilst enjoying the privacy of your own home-from-home.
 
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25-year-olds or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with children aged 0 -100 are welcome!

Inside the hotel style clubhouse you find a fully equipped business center, with desktop computers and printer, a game room with billiard tables, arcade games, a movie theatre and presentation room, a state of the art fitness center, top of the line cardio machines and an Expedia Local Expert Concierge desk open daily from 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie' and Health Declaration, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’).

Please note. We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. A selfie ID is required to rent this home.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
