**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**

This is a beautiful, upscale, 4 bedroom / 3 bath house that is located in the quiet, family friendly, Tidelands subdivision This house has everything your family needs for that memorable vacation. Master suite is located upstairs and has it's ensuite bathroom and private deck. 3 bedrooms located on the main floor are as follows: Second bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom, third bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed, with a full trundle, and the fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make the perfect meals while on vacation. (regular drip coffee pot). The living room has a built in bar with fridges!!
This home has WIFI for your convenience. Washer/ dryer on the premises.

Underneath the home, there is a great covered area that offers a bar area where you can relax, with your family and friends and BBQ, on the charcoal grill. Fish cleaning station and outdoor shower at this property.

Access road to the beach is just a few steps away either on foot, golf cart or vehicle.
You'll remember every day spent at Enjoy the View.

Two small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Nice house but with disappointments
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The "Enjoy the View" home is undoubtedly pretty and was a fairly expensive stay for us. Based on the pics and description, we agreed we wanted to rent it! The trundle bed in the smallest room is not a full bed but twin. One of 2 small fridges in the living room was not working, there were no trash bags other than the bags in the trashcans when we arrived, two huge bags of dirty linens were left from prev. guests on the deck our entire stay and the fire alarm chirped every few minutes for our entire stay despite us calling Swedes to come remedy it soon after we checked in on our arrival date. Our stay was for 3 nights. Lastly, the front door did not lock with any of the keys we were provided by Swedes either.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn’t ask for a better location. Must pick up and drop off key at property management office, no keyless entry. Home offers linens at a price but doesn’t put the sheets on the beds - not ideal for a pricey rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, especially when there was 3 other families renting in the same area. Just 2 things that were an issue - there is a roach concern and the oven needed cleaning.
